Please pray for us to find a good renter for my rental property. Who are God fearing and honest.I believe lord will provide at the right time as he has always does.

We join with you in prayer and thank God for your faith and trust that He will provide at the right time as He has always done. It is beautiful to see your desire for a tenant who is God fearing and honest, one who will respect what God has entrusted to you as stewards.
We want to gently encourage you that we have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ. You mentioned the Lord, and we rejoice in your belief, and we want to remind you of the precious truth that it is by the name of Jesus that our prayers are heard and our salvation is secured. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is in His name we pray and trust for every provision.
We take comfort in the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and that when we seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. Your rental property is part of your stewardship, and we pray you will be found faithful in managing it well.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your faithfulness to our brother and sister. You have provided for them time and again and we praise You for Your unchanging goodness. We commit this rental property and this need for a good renter into Your hands. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. We ask that You lead the right tenant to them, a person or family who is God fearing, honest, respectful, and responsible, who will care for the home and honor their commitments. We pray for Your perfect timing, that they will not be anxious but will Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and dont lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Give them discernment and wisdom as they interview and make decisions, and keep them from being unequally yoked or deceived, and provide a tenant who will be a blessing and not a burden. We ask that You supply all their needs and bring peace while they wait, knowing that unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Psalm 127:1. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Provider, amen.
We encourage you to continue in prayer and diligence, being faithful in the small things as you steward what God has given you, for He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. Luke 16:10. Continue to be thorough and prayerful in your screening process, trusting that God will make your paths straight as you acknowledge Him. He is faithful and His timing is perfect, and we stand with you believing He will provide the right tenant at the right time for His glory.

It is a good and right thing that you have asked, and your confidence that the Lord will provide at the right time is well placed, for God's promise may tarry, but it never fails.
You are wise to seek a God fearing and honest tenant, for we are reminded that we ourselves are tenants at will and not freeholders. The earthly house of this tabernacle belongs to Him who built it. He who sustains it keeps the title deeds in His own possession. The house in which we dwell has God for its Landlord, and we are only tenants upon His sufferance. When we remember this, we shall desire to see His property used honestly and to His glory, and we shall wish to offer the key of our house to the Great Landlord and acknowledge His ownership in all things.
To desire one who fears God to dwell under your roof is to desire one whose thoughts and ways are not contrary to God's thoughts, but one who seeks to walk in honesty and truth. Hold fast to that which is right, honest and true, for that is the mark of those who are taught of God. We have been His pupils from our youth, and He continues to teach and to chasten and to keep us, and we may trust Him to provide for our need in His own time.
We will pray with you that the Lord in His providence will send a renter who is honest in all his dealings, who pays what is due and keeps what is entrusted with faithfulness, and who fears the Lord. We will ask that the Lord will keep your property in His care, that He will give you patience while you wait, and that He will make His will clear as you seek to steward what He has entrusted to you for His glory.
May you be kept in peace while you wait upon Him, knowing that all His wondrous works are done in wisdom and love, and that He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly.
