Pray for the ### company's management to stop wrongfully stalking, slandering, gossiping, lying and harassing their innocent security guard coworker's about trivial things at work in July 2026 and forevermore miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace and the turmoil that has taken hold within it. Father God, You are the Prince of Peace, and where there is strife, division, and deceit, Your presence alone can bring healing and restoration. We stand in the gap for this company, its management, supervisors, and employees, asking that You intervene in mighty ways.

Lord, we pray for peace to reign in this workplace. The chaos and discord that have taken root are not of You, for Your Word tells us in James 3:16, "For where envy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." We rebuke the spirit of strife and division that has caused coworkers to turn against one another. We declare that the lies, slander, and gossip must cease in the name of Jesus. Proverbs 16:28 warns, "A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends." Father, expose the truth and bring an end to the false accusations and malicious words that have been spoken.

We specifically lift up the supervisors and managers who have been troublesome, prideful, and unjust. Lord, we ask that You humble their hearts and soften their spirits. Your Word says in Proverbs 11:2, "When pride comes, then comes shame, but with humility comes wisdom." We pray that these individuals would recognize their wrongdoing and seek repentance. Let them no longer use their positions to spread lies or harass their coworkers, but instead, let them lead with integrity, fairness, and kindness.

Father, we also pray for the innocent coworkers who have been wrongfully accused and mistreated. We ask that You protect them from the schemes of the enemy and grant them peace in the midst of this storm. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord. Strengthen their faith and let them trust in You as their defender.

Lord, we bind the spirits of gossip, slander, and harassment in this workplace. We declare that the management and security guards will no longer be tools of the enemy to spread division, but instead, they will be instruments of Your peace. Let unity and harmony prevail, and may this company be a place where Your love and truth are evident.

We also lift up the security guards who have been wrongfully stalked, slandered, and harassed. Father, we ask that You vindicate them and put an end to the unjust treatment they have endured. Let the truth be revealed, and let those who have participated in these evil deeds be held accountable. Your Word says in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" We trust in Your justice, Lord.

Finally, we pray for a supernatural transformation in this workplace. Let July 2026 mark the beginning of a new season where Your peace, truth, and righteousness prevail. May the hearts of all who work there be turned toward You, and may they seek to honor You in all they do. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We hear how draining it is to walk into a place daily where you feel singled out by lies, gossip, and harassment, and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you for letting us stand with you in prayer. You’re not alone in asking for God’s peace to settle over your company and for those causing harm to be genuinely humbled.

One thing we’ve seen over the years is that God sometimes works humility into proud hearts through the very circumstances they try to control. That doesn’t make the waiting easy, but it reminds us that the real battle belongs to him, and that frees us to focus on guarding our own spirit from bitterness while he does what only he can do.

On the practical side, it may help to quietly write down each incident when you’re able: date, what was said or done, and who was present, not to relive the hurt, but to place it before God in prayer and then leave it there. Also, consider asking one or two mature, trusted friends outside of work to pray with you regularly about this. Sometimes just knowing someone is in it with you lightens the load immeasurably and sharpens your own perspective.

And we are praying with you now.

Father, we bring this company and every person named into your presence. You see the lies, the slander, the stress, and you care. We ask you to restrain what is destructive, silence what is false, and quietly humble the proud. Protect the innocent, shield those who are being targeted, and replace chaos with a peace that can only come from you. A soul that is truly at peace with God through the blood of Christ will not find its rest in the cessation of outward strife alone. There is a peace which the world cannot give, and a peace which is a mere painted mask over a troubled conscience. I charge you to examine whether you seek the one or the other. If your cry is simply for the silence of your adversaries, and your heart remains chafed and boiling with a sense of personal injury, you may be seeking a false peace, a peace which says, “Peace, peace,” when there is no peace. The peace which Jesus gives is not the peace of a quiet workplace, but the deep, unshaken calm of a soul reconciled to God through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Have you that peace? Does your peace stand you in good stead when you remember that God sees your own heart, and not only the lies of your supervisor? Unless you hate all sin, beginning with the sin that dwells in your own breast, you cannot taste the peace that passes all understanding.

The troubles you describe are grievous, and lying lips are an abomination to the Lord. Yet I see in your entreaty a danger, lest your very prayer become an occasion for pride. To serve the Lord with all humility of mind is no small task. It is no humility merely to think less of oneself than one ought, nor to wear a painted face of meekness while the heart seethes. True humility is to make a right estimate of oneself before God. Ask yourself: am I as innocent as I profess? Have I never uttered a false word, never let my tongue run beyond the strict boundary of truth, never borne a false compliment or an expression of affection I did not feel? Before you demand that God humble your managers, see to it that your own soul lies prostrate before the Throne. The humble man often cries, “Cur me? Why me, Lord? Why me?” rather than, “Why them?”. The centurion’s deep humility did not injure the strength of his faith, but made him content with a mere word from Christ. Can you be content if Christ speaks peace to your soul while the tempest of slander still rages around you?

I bid you remember that the considerations which promote humility are the very strength of prayer. You come not as one who has deserved God’s intervention, but as a beggar upon the dunghill of mercy. Plead as Jacob did, “I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies.” It is a foul error to think that our good works or our relative innocence compared to our fellows can justify us before God. If you live upon that ground, you will miss all true rest of heart. Faith is the accepting of what God gives; it believes what God says; it trusts simply to what Jesus has done. Bring your cause to Him, but bring it with empty hands. Pray for your troublesome supervisor, yes, and pray with tears that he may be brought to the foot of the Cross, not merely that he may stop his mouth. If he is a professor of religion yet walks in falsehood, his state is more fearful than if he were an open sinner, for a false professor is a stumbling block that makes the way of truth to be evil spoken of. Yet remember that the same grace which could save Saul of Tarsus can humble the proudest heart among your managers. Pray for their conversion, not merely their humiliation.

Your prayer looks for a miraculous change in July 2026 and forevermore. The God of peace can indeed silence the slanderer and turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness. But I charge you, let your first miracle be within. It is a far greater miracle to keep a heart in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Jehovah, when sorrows surge around and men speak all manner of evil against you falsely, than it is to be delivered from the trial. That peace is God’s own child; it is like its Father, unruffled, calm, deep. The blood of Jesus whispers it within, even in this dark world of sin. Labor therefore for this inward calm. When your enemies revile you, see to it that you revile not again. When they falsely accuse you of sleeping on the job, awake from any slumber of faith or love that may have crept over you, and let your vigilant walk shame their slanders.

Do not be deceived: a peace that requires you to forget God’s searching eye is a false peace. If the remembering of God troubles your conscience because of some unconfessed sin of your own, then set that right first. The way of self-justification is self-condemning. True peace with God brings no sorrow with it, but it will coexist with outward tribulation. With loved ones far away? In Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they. With death shadowing us and ours? Jesus has vanquished death. With the tongues of men set on fire of hell against you? He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth. Commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Offer the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and pay your vows unto the Most High. Then, with your soul anchored in the haven of Christ’s finished work, you may pray mightily for those who despitefully use you, knowing that the Lord will bless His people with peace, a peace which the world can neither give nor take away.

The turmoil you describe stems from hearts that have not known the way of peace, for where lies and slander reign, there is no fear of God before their eyes. Do not be surprised at these false accusations, for even our Lord was slandered by those who should have marveled at His works, yet they twisted truth into a charge against Him. When men spread calumnies about sleeping on the job or other trifles, they expose their own corruption, not yours. Remember that the peace of God is fixed and steadfast, unlike human peace which comes from revenge or suffering no ill. Let this divine peace stand as umpire in your heart, not anger or spite. When the thought of retaliation rises up, let peace award the prize to endurance, for God made peace with us of His own will, not receiving anything from us.

Such vicious chatter and stalking reveal souls enslaved to vainglory and envy, making them enemies to their own coworkers. Yet we are not to receive accusations rashly. The ancient law required two or three witnesses to establish a matter, and even then examination may reveal falsehood. If they persist in their lies, do not add fuel by returning accusation for accusation. What gain is there in matching their poison? Rather, think on things true, honorable, and of good report. Care for these, and shun the unseemliness that vice breeds. Those who despise righteousness even here are delivered from nothing, for their feet are swift to shed reputation, and destruction is in their paths.

Pray not only for their humbling but that you yourself stand blameless. If any offense is brought against you, let it be examined openly, and if innocent, the truth will vindicate. But if we raise up war through resentment, the God of peace will not dwell with us. Entrust the matter to Him who opens no mouth before His accusers, and seek to bind one another together in love, not separation. The passions that drive this gossip are their own punishment already; freed from anxiety and plotting is the one who lives orderly before God.
