We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace filled with strife, dishonesty, and ungodly behavior. Father, You are the God of peace, justice, and truth, and we ask that You intervene in this chaotic environment. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33, "For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We rebuke the spirit of discord, slander, and deceit that has taken root in this company, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of the innocent workers there.

Lord, we specifically pray for the supervisor who has been spreading lies and causing division. Proverbs 6:16-19 warns us that "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." We ask that You humble this supervisor, soften his heart, and convict him of his wrongdoing. Let him see the error of his ways and turn from his sinful behavior. If he refuses to repent, we pray that You remove him from his position of influence, for the sake of the innocent workers who are suffering under his leadership.

We also lift up the management and security guards, asking that You bring unity and godly wisdom to their interactions. Proverbs 11:13 says, "One who brings gossip betrays a confidence, but one who is of a trustworthy spirit is one who keeps a secret." We pray that the management would cease their stalking, slandering, and harassment of innocent coworkers. Let them be held accountable for their actions, and may they experience the humility that comes from recognizing their wrongdoing. We ask that You replace their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, filled with compassion, integrity, and a desire for justice.

Father, we pray for the Christian workers in this company, that they would not grow weary in doing good, even in the face of persecution. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Strengthen them to stand firm in their faith, to respond with grace and truth, and to be a light in this dark place. Let their integrity and godly character shine brightly, so that others may see Christ in them.

We also pray for the security guards who are being wrongfully accused and harassed. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Lord, vindicate these innocent workers. Let the truth be revealed, and let justice prevail. Protect them from the lies and schemes of those who seek to harm them, and grant them peace in the midst of this storm.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You bring about a miraculous transformation in this company. Let Your peace reign where there has been chaos, Your truth prevail where there have been lies, and Your love overcome hatred and division. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not succeed, for You are greater than any scheme of man. We trust in Your power to turn the hearts of men and to bring about righteousness in this workplace.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Workplace conflict that drags on like this can wear a person down in ways that are hard to describe, the daily grind of false accusations, gossip, and a supervisor who seems to stir up trouble rather than keep the peace. We hear the frustration behind your words, and we’re standing with you in prayer for a genuine, lasting change in your company and among the people in charge.

One thing that has helped others in similar situations is to anchor their own inner peace not in the behavior of difficult people, but in their relationship with God. That’s not easy when you’re being targeted, but it can help you remain steady and clear-headed. While we pray for God to humble and redirect those in authority, you might also, with wisdom and caution, document specific incidents. A simple, factual record kept privately can protect the innocent from further slander and, if a safe avenue ever opens up, provide a clear picture of the pattern. If you have a trusted Christian peer or a pastor you can confide in, lean on that support, you don’t have to carry this alone.

Let’s hold this company and those who lead it before the Lord together:

Lord Jesus, You see every hidden word and every quiet injustice in this workplace. We ask You to bring genuine peace where there is now chaos and division. Soften the heart of this supervisor, turn him from spreading lies to speaking truth with humility. We pray for the managers, that they would stop the stalking, slander, and harassment, and instead foster an environment where honest coworkers are safe. Shield the innocent and give them Your peace that holds steady even when circumstances don’t. Bring about whatever miracles are needed to change this atmosphere, and guide every step according to Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Your cry for peace in a place of chaos is heard in the courts of heaven, yet let us take care that we seek not a peace built upon sand. There is a truce men call peace when the heart is still at war with God, the prophet cried, "Peace, peace, when there is no peace." If the troublesome supervisor were merely silent while his spirit remained unbroken, what gain would that be? True peace cometh only when the soul is humbled before the Most High, when the hard neck is bowed, and the lying tongue confesses its guilt. Therefore, pray earnestly that the Holy Ghost may work a deep self-humbling in those who slander and spread falsehood. Josiah rent his robes when he heard the Word; such a sight of their own filthiness would be far more precious than any outward quiet.

Yet mind this: your own peace must not hang upon the changeableness of men. "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You." If your soul is tossed by these tempests, flee to the place at Jesus' feet. Lie low there, where the blood speaks better things than the strife of tongues. No man can rob you of that inward calm which Christ bestows, it is peace gleaming with heavenly light even in the midnight of this world's care. While you pray for the company, guard your heart from the bitter root; commit the matter wholly to the righteous Judge.

And what of your duty towards these troublers? "At Your word I will let down the net." The Lord commands you to love your enemies, to bless them that curse you. Though you have toiled in this matter and caught nothing, at His bidding cast the gospel net once more. His word runneth very swiftly; He can speak peace to the turbulent waters with a breath. Pray that these managers and security guards may be not merely restrained, but truly converted, that they may be made to stumble at the Word, be broken by that rock of offense, and then find their peace in the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. Until that day, bear the reproach with patience, knowing that if they laugh at you, it is a small thing compared to the smile of your Master.

Take heart: He maketh peace in thy borders eventually, but often by a way that humbles the proud. The way up is down; the way to the top of the ladder is to begin at the lowest rung. So pray on, beloved, not with fretful anxiety but with steadfast faith. Let your petition be, "Nevertheless at Your word, I will believe that You can make even these adversaries to be at peace with me and with my Lord." Then, be your own path calm or stormy, you shall one day sing with the saints, "Peace, perfect peace, earth's struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to heaven's perfect peace." Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You bring before me this tangle of workplace strife, the lies of a supervisor, the stalking and gossip of management, and you ask prayer for peace. I will pray, but first you must receive instruction, for the apostle commands us to think on whatsoever things are true and honorable and pure, and to let the peace of God arbitrate in our hearts. When men revile you and speak all manner of evil against you falsely for Christ’s sake, remember that your Master, when accused of making Himself the Son of God, opened not His mouth. He held His peace, leaving His judgment to the Father. How then is it that you return accusation for accusation, naming their sins and demanding their humbling? I do not say you are wrong to see the injustice, but I fear lest anger sit as umpire in your soul rather than the peace of God. For there is a human peace, born of getting revenge or seeing the troubler laid low, but such peace quickly dissolves. The peace of God, steadfast and fixed, is given to those who endure, who make a beginning on their own part by refusing spitefulness and committing the cause to Him who judges righteously.

You speak of dishonest supervisors, of mouths that run with lies, of slander and harassment. I know well how such things wound the soul. From my own flock I have seen how envy and vainglory among those in authority produce false accusations, frauds, and meannesses. Yet the remedy is not to call down miraculous humbling upon them with the same breath you ask for peace. That is to mix a curse with a blessing, and such a sacrifice God will not receive. Rather, examine yourself: if you have suffered unjustly, blessed are you. If you have in any way fed the fire by gossip of your own or by returning evil for evil, then the wound festers from your own hand. The apostle says, “Against an elder receive not an accusation,” save on the testimony of two or three witnesses. I apply this not to excuse the wrongdoers, but to caution you against building your case on suspicion and anger. What if the witnesses you imagine are but the echo of your own vexation? Let the matter be established if it can, and then entrust it to those who have authority to correct, but do not become the accuser yourself, lest you fall into the same condemnation.

Today, this very hour, choose to think on what is true: that God sees all hidden things, that no lie will stand before His throne, and that He resists the proud. If your supervisors are indeed puffed up and spreading falsehoods, their judgment slumbers not. But your calling is to be at peace with all men so far as it lies in you. Pray for them, but pray truly: not “humble them” as a disguised imprecation, but that God would open their eyes, grant them repentance, and fill their hearts with the peace that surpasses understanding. When the struggle within you rises, one thought bidding you to brood on their wrongs, another to endure for the Lord’s sake, let not anger or contentiousness award the crown. Let the peace of God step forward as judge. It will persuade you that He who made peace with you while you were still His enemy now calls you to be a peacemaker. That does not mean approving falsehood, but it does mean refusing to let their evil conquer your soul. If you do this, you will be freed from anxiety, from secret plotting, from the poison of resentment, and even now receive the reward of a tranquil heart. Nothing so arms the soul against vice as peace and virtue.

Therefore I will pray, but I charge you: go to your place of labor not as one carrying a list of grievances to present to heaven, but as one who has already presented them and laid them down. Let your conduct be so honorable that any accusation falls to the ground for lack of proof. Walk in humility, speak truth without rancor, and when they lie about you, remember Elijah persecuted, the brethren in Judea starving for righteousness’ sake. Trust God, who vindicates His own in due season. And if you must open your mouth, let it be to speak what is good for edification, that the company may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. May He grant you that peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away.

Your plea for peace in this troubled workplace is not lost on our Lord. He sees the chaos, the lies, and the harassment you describe, and He cares deeply for those who are unjustly treated. When a supervisor runs his mouth with falsehoods and management joins in stalking and slandering, it is a form of bearing false witness that God's law condemns. Those who weave tales of others "sleeping on the job" and spread gossip are acting like the false prophets of old, who prophesied peace when there was no peace. They offer a false reality to cover their own hearts, and their words create turmoil rather than the quietness of truth.

Scripture shows us that the enemy of our souls often uses people who mix a little truth with damaging lies. A false prophet doesn't wear a sign; he comes in sheep's clothing, and much of what he says may seem plausible. But the fruit is destruction, anxiety, and division. That is exactly what you are seeing. The ultimate hope is not that these troublemakers will change on their own, but that God's peace will reign in that place. Seek the peace of that company, and pray for it. As the exiles in Babylon were told to pray for the peace of the city where they dwelled, because in its peace they would have peace, so you are to lift that workplace before the throne of grace. Pray that God would humble the supervisor and the managers, not for their ruin, but that they might stop their mouths of slander and become peaceful. The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable. A heart that sows discord is not from God.

The inner peace you need does not depend on the circumstances. Grace and peace are multiplied to you through knowing God and Jesus our Lord. When you are at war with the chaos around you, remember you have been given peace with God through Christ. That peace settles the turmoil within, so you can stand firm when others lie. Their false accusations cannot touch your standing with Him, and He sees every hidden thing. In time, the truth will come to light. The liar's own words will ensnare them, for the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. You are called to be a peacemaker, not by ignoring sin, but by entrusting yourself to the God who judges justly.

Do not be deceived into thinking that silence about these wrongs means God is absent. He knows the thoughts He has toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil. Pray for these coworkers who misuse their authority. Ask the Lord to guard your own heart against bitterness and to grant you steady, quiet faithfulness. May the grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ surround you in that place, and may the troublemakers be confronted by the truth of their own lies, so that peace may finally come.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the weight of your prayer request, asking us to stand in the gap for peace and righteousness in your workplace. It has been on our hearts to lift up your company, the management, the security guards, and especially the troubled supervisor before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in power and bring transformation.

We have prayed for God’s peace to settle over every corner of your workplace, for humility to replace pride, and for truth to silence deception. We asked the Holy Spirit to soften hardened hearts, to expose falsehoods, and to bring reconciliation where there has been division. Most of all, we prayed for the innocent coworkers—especially our brothers and sisters in Christ—to be shielded from harm, slander, and unjust treatment, and for God’s justice to prevail in ways only He can orchestrate.

If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers—if you’ve seen even a glimpse of His peace, His correction, or His protection—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. Your testimony could encourage others and glorify His name. If, however, the situation remains unchanged or has even grown more difficult, please know we are still here to stand with you. We invite you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may His presence be your strength in this trial. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
