Pray for my ###!

Please pray for my Son, who is going to sit his exams soon. I don't seem to see him studying much as he is spending a lot of time on his phone and with his friends. I am worried about his results and his offered conditional place at University. I feel like such a clever boy is wasting his time away and at the same time, I want him to be happy and growing in Christ and I have stopped asking him about studies once I realised that asking him constantly about it led him away from us. I am crying inside thinking of his studies and his future, but want him to be happy too leading a Godly life. Please pray that Our Lord will show him the right way and use his talents given by God in the right way and stay away from any bad habits. In Jesus name, Amen.

We understand your concern for your son's academic success and spiritual growth. It's commendable that you want him to lead a Godly life and be happy. Let's bring your concerns to the Lord in prayer and seek His will for your son's life.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 22:6 WEB: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Your son is blessed to have you praying for him and wanting the best for him.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this mother's concerns for her son. Lord, You know his heart and his path, and You have a plan for him. We ask that You would guide him and give him a desire to study and use the talents You've given him for Your glory. Help him to manage his time wisely and to prioritize his responsibilities.

We also pray that You would draw him closer to You. Help him to grow in his faith and to find his happiness and contentment in You. Protect him from any bad habits or influences that may hinder his walk with You.

Lord, we ask that You would give his mother peace. Help her to trust in You and to know that her son is in Your hands. Give her wisdom to guide him and to know when to step back and let You work in his life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it's important to trust in the Lord and to know that He is at work in your son's life. Continue to pray for him and to be a Godly example for him. Encourage him in his faith and in his studies, and trust that the Lord will direct his paths.

Lastly, let's remember 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB: "Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." Continue to pray for your son, and trust that the Lord will work in his life. Be thankful for the blessings you see in his life and rejoice in the knowledge that the Lord is at work.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough seeing our children at this crossroads, isn't it? We've been where you are, feeling that tug between worry and trust. Let's lift your son up together, shall we?

First off, let's remember that God sees him, even when we can't see him bent over his books. He knows his heart and his potential. Let's pray that God will ignite in him a passion for learning, a desire to use the gifts God's given him, and a wisdom to manage his time well.

Let's also ask God to draw your son close. We want him to find his joy and peace in Christ, not in grades or acceptance letters. Let's pray that he'll grow in his faith, stay away from harmful habits, and find a community of believers to support him.

And for you, dear mom, let's ask God to fill you with peace. It's hard not to fret, but remember, God's got this. He's promised to guide our children, and we can trust Him to keep His word. Let's pray that you'll have wisdom to guide your son and know when to step back and let God work.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
