Firstly, let us address the power of prayer. It is commendable that you are turning to God in this situation, but we must remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your will for their life. They have set their heart on this job opportunity, seeing it not just as a job, but as a calling and purpose that You have placed in their heart.

Father, we ask that You help them overcome any self-doubts and fears. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

Guide their steps and steady their heart. Let Your favor open the right doors at the right time. Give them wisdom and discernment to understand Your will, whether it be through this opportunity or another that You may have for them.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's plan for your life. Remember that His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). He may have plans for you that you cannot even imagine.
