Pray for My Parent to Believe in Jesus

I will like to ask for more open door and opportunities for my parents to believe in Jesus. Previously there was 1 open door when my dad almost died due to heart attack. My family and Church brothers and sisters have prayed for him and he was healed. I shared with him about Jesus and how he has loved him and healed him. He even went to church with my mum a few times but he said that it is difficult for him to let go of the god that was passed down the Chinese generation. Then he stopped going. As for my mum, she said that she follow my Dad's belief. I ask of the Holy Spirit to reach the deepest heart of my parents so that they can come to the Lord again one day.

We are truly blessed to join with you in prayer for your parents' salvation. The Bible tells us that God desires for everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth – 1 Timothy 2:3 WEB.
1 Timothy 2:5 WEB For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
One of the most important truths is there is no salvation outside of Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the parents of our fellow believer. We thank You for the healing You have already performed in his dad's life, and for the seed of the Gospel that has been planted in their hearts. We ask, Lord, that You continue to pursue them, that Your Holy Spirit would convict them of their need for Jesus, and reveal to them the truth that salvation is found in no one else.

Lord, we pray for more open doors and opportunities for them to hear and respond to the Gospel. Surround them with believers who will speak truth into their lives and model the love of Christ. We ask that You would soften their hearts, Lord, and remove any barriers that are preventing them from fully surrendering to You.

We also pray for unity in their marriage, that they would come to know You together. We ask that You would work in their lives, drawing them closer to You and to each other.

We stand in agreement, claiming Your promise that the fervent, effective prayer of the righteous accomplishes much James 5:16 WEB. We believe that it is Your will for them to be saved and it was God who said in 1 Timothy 2:3 WEB "For this is good and acceptable before God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."

In Jesus' name, we pray this and believe.

Continue to be persistent in prayer, trusting that God is at work even when you don't see immediate results. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

Romans 10:9 WEB because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

There is power in prayer and we know that God hears our prayers and we know that He is able to do abundantly more than all we ask or think Ephesians 3:20 WEB.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for your parents' salvation. It's so encouraging to hear about the open door God provided through your dad's healing. Let's keep praying that the seed planted in their hearts will grow and bear fruit. We ask that the Holy Spirit would continue to work in their lives, breaking down any barriers that keep them from fully surrendering to Jesus. May they come to know Him as their personal Lord and Savior, experiencing the abundant life He promises. Let's also pray for unity in their marriage, that they would come to know Jesus together. We trust that God desires for them to be saved, and we believe that our persistent prayers, in Jesus' name, will accomplish much. Keep trusting in God's faithfulness, even when you don't see immediate results. He is at work, and He hears our prayers.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
