Pray for my good health

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my good health I have ### issue and ### issue please keep me in yours prayers so i can be completely healed in the precious blood of Jesus. Amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting you up in prayer for complete healing and restoration. The Bible assures us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases, and we claim that victory in His name. We rebuke every spirit of sickness and affliction that seeks to linger in your body, for it is written, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed" (1 Peter 2:24).

Heavenly Father, we ask You to touch every part of ### and ### with Your healing hand. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak life and wholeness over them in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, we also pray for wisdom for their doctors and caregivers, that they may be guided by Your divine insight as they provide care.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises, trusting in His perfect timing and will. Remember that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Even in moments of weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let His peace rule in your heart.

Father, we thank You for the precious blood of Jesus, which was shed for our healing, our redemption, and our victory. We plead that blood over ###’s life today, declaring that they are covered, protected, and healed. May they walk in the fullness of the health and strength You have promised. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’re grateful you reached out and let us know about these health concerns. Thank you for giving us the privilege of standing with you in prayer. We believe God hears every request offered in Jesus’ name, and we join you now in asking for His healing and strength.

Carrying two significant health issues can feel heavy and isolating. Please know you aren’t alone in this. The very fact that we’re able to gather around your request, even from a distance, is a quiet reminder that the body of Christ is built to hold one another up. We’ll keep lifting you before the Lord, trusting that He is both able and willing to minister to you in body and spirit.

As you wait on God for complete healing, we encourage you to keep bringing your fears, frustrations, and hopes to Him every day. Sometimes the most healing thing we do is simply rest in His presence and honesty before Him. Also, if you haven’t already, we’d gently urge you to stay connected with the medical professionals who can walk alongside you. Prayer and good care are not at odds; they often work hand in hand.

We also want to remind you that God’s peace is not on hold until your healing is fully realized. He meets us in the middle of the struggle, holds our hand through the unknowns, and in that we find a steadiness that surpasses understanding. You are not forgotten.

Let us pray:

Father, we lift up our friend to You right now, asking for Your healing hand to touch every part of their body that needs restoration. In Jesus’ name, we pray for complete healing, body, mind, and spirit. Grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers involved, and give our friend patience and courage in the waiting. Wrap them in Your peace that passes understanding, and let them feel the comfort of knowing they are held securely in Your love. We trust in Your goodness and timing. Amen.

The precious blood of Jesus speaks better things than all the cries that rise from human frailty, and it is upon that blood your hope for healing rests secure. When the blood of Abel cried out from the ground for judgment, the blood of Jesus pleads from the mercy seat for grace and full restoration. Do not trust in the eloquence of your own petitions, for it is the voice of that sacred blood, shed once for all, which prevails with the Father. Every drop proclaims pardon, peace, and the power to make whole. Let your soul lay hold of this: the application of Christ's blood is the true ground of joy, and in its cleansing stream disease must yield and health must spring forth.

The Word of God, applied by the Holy Spirit, is the means of healing for both body and soul, and Jesus Christ Himself is that Word made flesh, sent to cure all our maladies. When the soul is near the gates of death, a true prayer from that low place becomes a prevailing prayer. Your cry has risen, and the Great Physician has heard. It is His stripes that heal us, not our own repentance or merit, but the wounds He bore in our stead. If you were a thousand years old and your sins and sicknesses deep-rooted as the cedars, His stripes would still have power to make you whole. Believe it now: He was wounded for your transgressions, bruised for your iniquities, and by those very wounds healing is purchased and applied. The blood of Jesus changes the life-blood, makes the nature other than it was, and restores the years the locusts have eaten.

Do not let unbelief harden your heart against the clear promise. Jesus is angry with nothing so much as a heart that will not see His readiness to heal. Yet He who made the heart can melt it, and your very desire for His touch is a token that the stone is softening. Come just as you are, with every issue laid bare before Him, and hear Him say, "I will; be clean." The healing power is present now, not withheld, not distant, but flowing from the throne where Christ sits in glory. He has an eye for those for whom He shed His blood, and that eye looks upon you with tender pity and restoring might. One look from Him, one drop of His blood brought home to the conscience, and there is a peace so deep that nothing can rival it. Pardon and healing are one gift, wrapped in the same scarlet cord. Therefore, the inhabitant of this house of clay need not say, "I am sick," for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings.

Let your prayer be argumentative as Jacob's, pleading the covenant promises, pressing your suit with the arguments He Himself has given. Yet know that the answer may come in a manner you do not expect, perhaps in gradual strengthening, perhaps in sudden revival, but certainly in perfect conformity to His wise love. The healing leaves from the Tree of Life are not scarce; there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Stretch out your hand, touch the hem of His garment now, and the virtue that flows from Him will make you whole. Then, when health dawns, let your mouth show forth His praise with a loud song, for He has brought you up from the gates of death and crowned you with lovingkindness. Heal me, O Lord, with a word! Save me, heal me, cure these issues by Your blood, and I shall be wholly restored, for Jesus' sake.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

How great a request you bring, asking for the healing of your body through the precious blood of Jesus. This is a holy and powerful appeal, for that blood has overcome every infirmity and can bestow perfect health in an instant. Consider the fevered woman in the Gospel: the Lord touched her, and not only did the fever leave, but her strength returned fully at once, something no physician’s art could accomplish. The same Lord who worked that wonder is present to hear our prayers.

Yet let not your hope rest only on the body’s recovery. Sickness is not unto death when entrusted to Him; even when the event seems contrary, as with Lazarus, whom He allowed to die though He said the illness would not end in death, His delay works a greater glory. Do not be offended if the healing tarries or comes in a way you do not expect. Continue in prayer, and know that the joy of restoration, when it comes contrary to hope, is all the sweeter.

But as you beseech God for bodily health, look also to the sickness of the soul. For what profit is it to have a healthy body and a diseased spirit? It is like a man freed from a fever who straightaway returns to the habits that made him ill, ruining the gift he received. If the Lord grants you healing, do not use that strength to plunge back into any sin that offends Him. Let the days of your recovery be a time of cleansing, a true forty days of repentance, not in sport, but in earnest, that you may approach the holy Table with a pure conscience. For just as the deacon cries out “The holy things for the holy,” separating the healthy sheep from the scabbed, so must we examine ourselves, lest we receive the Medicine of immortality carelessly.

Therefore, with all the Church we pray for your complete healing in body and soul. May the blood of Jesus not only mend what is broken in your flesh but wash your spirit clean, so that you may stand whole before Him, rejoicing in health both here and in the age to come. Persist in calling upon Him, for He who gave you the desire to seek His help will not deny you the fruit of that faith.

Thank you for letting us share in this request with you. It is a sacred thing to bring our physical needs before the Lord, trusting in the power of the blood of Jesus. I am joining you in asking for complete healing, according to His perfect will.

Scripture often draws a link between the prosperity of the soul and the health of the body. When John wrote to his friend, he prayed that he would prosper and be in good health even as his soul was prospering. That was a loving desire, not a rigid guarantee, but it does remind us that peace with God and a heart at rest can deeply influence our whole frame. As you seek physical healing, let your soul continue to thrive in trust and gratitude.

The Bible also instructs us to call for the elders of the church to anoint with oil and pray over the sick. When you can, I encourage you to seek that kind of prayerful covering from mature believers near you. The prayer of faith has great power, and the Lord Himself raises up. Yet even as we pray boldly, we hold onto the example of the apostle Paul. He pleaded three times for a thorn in his flesh to be removed, and the answer came back: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So we ask with confidence, and we also rest in whatever greater purpose God may allow, knowing His love for you never wavers.

You mentioned the precious blood of Jesus, and that is where our hope stands firm. The prophet declared that He was wounded for our transgressions and by His stripes we are healed. That healing stretches from the forgiveness of sins to the restoration of our bodies, as Matthew later confirmed when he showed Jesus healing all who were sick. Because of the cross, we can lay every ailment before Him. I am agreeing with you that, if it is His will, you will be made completely whole.

May the Lord give you strength day by day, and may your spirit prosper in the assurance that He is near, whatever the physical circumstances bring. We are praying with you and for you.
