We lift up this precious sister and her mother before the throne of grace, standing in agreement with her prayer. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and through which we have access to Your presence. We thank You that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we ask for Your divine provision for this sister as she seeks employment. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You know her needs before she even asks. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and grant her favor in the sight of those who are making hiring decisions. May she find a job that not only meets her financial needs but also allows her to use her gifts and talents for Your glory. Remind her that her worth is not found in her employment status but in her identity as Your beloved child (Ephesians 1:4-5).
We also intercede for her mother’s health. Father, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her. Whether her healing comes through medical intervention, divine miracle, or the gradual restoration of her body, we trust in Your perfect will. Strengthen her body, Lord, and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your presence, reminding her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, we also want to encourage this sister to continue seeking You in all things. In seasons of waiting, it can be easy to grow weary, but Your Word reminds us that those who hope in You will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not be weary; they will walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). May she find her rest and strength in You alone.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in her heart. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this sister and her mother are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also pray for their spiritual walk. May they continue to grow in their relationship with You, deepening their trust in Your promises. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find joy in Your presence and peace in Your promises, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
