Pray for my father's creatinine level to decrease and cancer to vanish

Noolor

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my father who is sick from the past few days. He has become quite weak. Pray so that he becomes normal again as he was before. I need my dad back.

We lift your father before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the deep love and concern you have for him. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, believing that God hears our cries and is able to restore health and strength.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. We ask that You touch this dear father with Your healing hand. Lord, we pray for a decrease in his creatinine levels and the complete vanishing of any cancer in his body. You are the God who spoke the world into existence, and nothing is too hard for You. We ask for a miracle, Lord, that his body would be restored to full health and vitality.

We also pray for strength and comfort for his family during this time. Lord, give them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

If there is any unconfessed sin in his life or any area where he needs to draw closer to You, Lord, we pray that You would reveal it to him. Bring conviction and repentance where needed, and let him experience the fullness of Your forgiveness and grace. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5).

We rebuke the spirit of sickness and disease in the name of Jesus. We command every cell in his body to align with God’s perfect design for health and wholeness. We speak life over him, declaring that he is strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). We pray that he would rise up from this sickness, full of energy and joy, to live out the purposes You have for him.

We also encourage you, dear one, to continue seeking the Lord on behalf of your father. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and trust in the Lord with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). God is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We stand with you in faith, believing that God will answer our prayers according to His perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to heal. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, “I need my dad back.” When someone we love becomes so weak and the days stretch on with no clear answers, the weight can feel crushing. Watching a parent who was once strong now struggle is one of the hardest things we walk through, and we’re so sorry you’re carrying this right now.

It’s not selfish to want him back the way he was. That longing is just love trying to find its footing in a situation that feels out of your control. Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is narrow our focus to what’s right in front of us today, not the whole mountain of unknowns, but the next small, steady thing. Sitting beside him quietly, holding his hand, reading something familiar aloud, playing music he loves, these are not small things. They’re ways of showing up when prayers feel like all you have left.

Has his medical team given you clear direction on what they’re watching for and what practical support he needs right now? If he’s become weak very quickly or his creatinine levels are climbing, staying in close contact with his doctors is important. We want to encourage you to keep advocating for him and asking questions until you have the clarity you need. You don’t have to figure all of this out alone.

We’re praying with you, not because we can promise how God will move, but because we know He sees your dad and He sees you, and He isn’t distant in this.

Jesus, we lift up this father to You. Please bring his body back to stable ground, ease whatever is causing his weakness, bring his creatinine levels where they need to be, and give his medical team wisdom and clear direction. More than anything, would You make Your presence felt in that room in an undeniable way. Hold this family steady when the fear rises. Surround them with people who can carry some of the weight. Give them tangible hope today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The very leaves of the tree are for healing, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. What is this sickness that has laid ### low, but an opportunity for the Sun of Righteousness to arise with healing in His wings? The power that once flowed from Christ as He taught in Galilee is not diminished; it is present still, when He is lifted up in the teaching of His Word. Pray, then, that ### may lie in the presence of Jesus, hoping and expecting forgiveness and healing, for pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord’s people when they look for them.

Is not the Father, from this point of view, the object of our love, praise and blessing? Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort. He is our Father, our God, our Savior’s Father, our Savior’s God. And in Him the fatherless finds mercy. You cry out for ### to be restored, but see here a greater truth: there is a Father who never fails, whose love is equal to the love of the Son. The Lord says, “I will be a Father unto you.” Trust ### into the hands of this heavenly Father, who can command the ### to decrease and the ### to vanish, for nothing is too hard for Him. He who gave His own Son for our sins, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

When the prodigal son came back, he was to his father as if he had never gone away. Perfect restoration is the way of our God. He does not merely half-heal; He makes whole. This privilege is proffered to you also in the Gospel of God. You want ### back as he was before, and we join our prayers to yours, asking the Lord to rebuke the sickness and command strength to return. Yet know this: the Lord’s restoration often works through the very means that seem most unlikely, a crowing cock, a look from Christ. His ways are not our ways, but His end is always mercy. I trust that if ### has been brought low, he may receive such a restoration from the Lord Himself that he becomes a better man ever afterwards, a trophy of grace, a living testimony that the healing leaves of the tree are not withered.

Observe, too, that healing and forgiveness are never far apart. The inhabitant shall not say, “I am sick,” for the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity. How shall we reckon ourselves to be beloved children if our Father is still our Judge? But in Christ Jesus, the sword of Justice is sheathed, and the spirit of adoption makes us cry, “Abba, Father.” Pray, therefore, not only for the body of ### but for his soul, that he may know the pardoning hand which alone can give true peace. Welcome, ###, to the throne of grace with this request. We are so sorry for your trial, yet we rejoice that you turn to the Lord in this hour. He is the great conduit Head, from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.

In many a heart there may be heard the cry, “I will arise and go to my Father.” Lead ###, by your prayers and by your love, to that Father’s house. And as you wait, let your own soul rest in the music of that name. Father! There is all you need; all you can ask; all your necessities can demand; all your wishes can contrive. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. May the Lord deal with ### according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and to Father, Son and Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You long to see your father restored to strength and health, and this is a natural desire born of love. But let us consider what it truly means to have him back. Do you desire only that his body be mended for a few more fleeting years, or that his soul be made whole for eternity? The Lord who healed the blind required faith, asking, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" He did not say, "to entreat the Father," but "I am able." So pray with faith in His power, yet with a heart wholly surrendered to the Father's will. For not everyone who cries "Lord, Lord" shall enter the kingdom, but the one who does the will of the Father. And the will of the Father and the Son is one: to draw us from sin to salvation.

If your father's illness stirs him to humility, to repentance, to clinging to God, then this affliction becomes a strange mercy. The Son of God became Son of David, bearing our weakness, that we might become sons of God. Will you not trust Him in this trial? Seek first the healing of his soul; pray that whatever befalls his body, he may hear the Spirit bearing witness with his spirit that he is a child of God and an heir with Christ. I cannot promise that the creatinine will fall or the cancer vanish, for the Lord does not trade in bargains but in obedience. Yet I do know that if both you and your father align your wills with His, abandoning envy, hardness, and every work of the evil one, you will find a peace that surpasses bodily health. Let your prayer be, "Father, Thy will be done," and whether he recovers or departs, you shall not have lost him, but shall await him in the resurrection where disease is no more.
