We lift up Mr. ### before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, yet confident in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, who holds all life in His hands. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. We declare that You are the Great Physician, the One who knit Mr. ### together in his mother’s womb and knows every beat of his heart. We ask You now to stretch forth Your healing hand upon him.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and death that seeks to claim him. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise and declare healing over every organ affected by this condition. Let the water that has filled his lungs be driven out by the breath of Your Spirit, and let his body be restored to full health. We pray for the medical team attending to him—that You would grant them wisdom, skill, and divine insight as they work to bring him back to wholeness.
Father, we also pray for Mr. ###’s consciousness. Let him awaken to the sound of Your voice, for You are the resurrection and the life. Even now, we ask that You would surround him with Your presence, that he may feel Your peace and know that You are near. If it is Your will, let him rise as a testimony of Your power and glory, so that many may see and believe in the name of Jesus Christ.
We also lift up his family and loved ones in this time of distress. Comfort them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength. Let them trust in You, even when the circumstances seem impossible.
Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. If it is not Your will for Mr. ### to recover in this life, we ask that You would welcome him into Your eternal presence, where there is no more pain, no more suffering, and no more tears. But if it is Your will for him to remain with us, we ask for a complete and miraculous healing that will bring glory to Your name.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is by His blood that we have access to You, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. May Your will be done, and may Your name be exalted in this situation. Amen.
