Pray for me to meet a woman

Your prayer request has been heard and we join you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation. We thank God for the desire He has placed in your heart for marriage as He ordained it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, a bond ordained of God and honorable before Him.

We pray that the Lord in His wisdom and love will lead you to the woman He wills for you to love and to marry, and that He will make practical ways for you to meet and to come to know one another with clarity and peace. We ask that He will give you both genuine interest in one another, a steadfast will to pursue what is good and holy, and a love that is patient, pure and faithful.

We pray also that you will be kept in holiness, which is chaste and orderly living. Marriage itself is honorable and pure, and it preserves the holiness that comes through faith by guarding against impurity. So we ask God to help you now to live in purity and self restraint, to keep your body and heart pure, and to prepare for marriage with gravity, orderliness and reverence, seeking first His kingdom.

As you wait, we encourage you to remain devoted to prayer, to good works and to fellowship with reverent believers who can counsel and support you. Like Isaac who waited faithfully, trust the Lord's timing and do not grow weary in doing good. Use this season to grow in faith and character, so that when God opens the door, you may enter into marriage with a clear conscience and joyful hope.

We ask God to work miracles in your life according to His perfect will, not only in bringing about this meeting but in shaping you both to reflect Christ. May He grant you wisdom to recognize His leading, courage to persevere without giving up, and grace to build a relationship that honors Him from the beginning.

We continue to pray for you. May the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, and may He guide your steps toward what is good and pleasing in His sight. Amen.
