We thank you for sharing your heart with us and we count it a joy to join you in prayer in Jesus name and with love as you have asked. Your desire to meet a woman whom God wants you to love and to marry is a good and godly desire and we strongly endorse marriage as God designed it, a lifelong covenant commitment between a man and a woman for His glory.

The scripture says, Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22 and Yahweh God said, It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper suitable for him Genesis 2:18. We see that God understands the loneliness and the longing for companionship and He cares deeply about providing a helper who is suitable. We also remember the promise, Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4 and But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. As you wait, we encourage you to keep delighting in the Lord and seeking Him first, trusting that as you grow in Him He is shaping both you and your future wife for one another.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we lift up our brother to You with love. We thank You for placing in his heart a desire for marriage and not for fleeting romance but for covenant love. We ask that in Your perfect timing and wisdom You would lead him to the woman You have prepared for him to love and to marry. Make the meeting and the getting to know each other possible in practical ways, opening doors that no man can shut, providing community, fellowship and godly opportunities for their paths to cross. We pray You send a woman who is a faithful believer in Jesus Christ, for we know we must not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity or what fellowship has light with darkness 2 Corinthians 6:14, but one who loves You first and will love him with a patient, enduring love. Give her a genuine interest in knowing him and a steadfast heart that will not give up easily, and give him the same steadfast love for her. Prepare them both to be a godly husband and a godly wife who will honor You. We pray for miracles in his life according to Your will, for with You all things are possible, and we ask that You would deepen his faith while he waits.

We encourage you to continue preparing your heart to be the husband God calls you to be, one who will love his wife even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it Ephesians 5:25. That kind of love is sacrificial, pure and faithful. While you are in courtship with the goal of marriage to a Christian believer, guard your heart and body and keep the relationship pure, for scripture says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. This means saving sexual intimacy for marriage alone, and pursuing her with honor, respect and spiritual leadership. Be active in your local church, in fellowship and in service, for that is often where God allows godly relationships to grow in practical and natural ways, and continue in prayer and in the Word so that you will recognize His leading.

We thank God that you prayed in Jesus name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved and heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6. We rejoice that you know Him.

We will continue to pray with you that God will make His will clear, that He will provide the practical steps to know each other well, and that He will give you both perseverance until you are hers and she is yours in a marriage that honors Christ. May the Lord bless you and keep you and establish your steps as you trust Him.

Your request has been brought before the Lord with thankfulness, for the desire for marriage is a good and holy desire when it is ordered according to the mind of God. It is not a less sacred thing to be joined in marriage than to walk in any other consecrated calling, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman ordained by God, wherein love is to be pure, faithful and enduring.

We have prayed for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and hope of salvation, that He would in His perfect wisdom and timing bring into your life the woman whom He has prepared for you. We have asked that He would make the way plain in practical and providential ways for you to meet and to come to know one another with honor and purity, keeping yourselves as those who would glorify Him in body and spirit, reserving all that belongs to marriage within that covenant alone.

There is a waiting God and there is a waiting people. They are not waiting in despair, nor even in hesitation, but waiting in hope, a joyous and assured hope of blessedness in reserve. When waiting upon God seems to be long, remember that He waits to be gracious, and there is a final success to all His waiting when it turns to a glorious transaction of grace upon the heart. Do not faint in the waiting. The Lord gives power to the faint, and to them that have no might He increases strength. Though He may try your faith, may you be enabled to say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.

We have prayed that the Lord would send to you a godly woman who truly has interest in knowing you, who will love the Lord Jesus first and love you faithfully in Him, and who will not lightly turn away but will cleave to the covenant in love and patience until you are hers and she is yours in the Lord. We have prayed for miracles, not as mere wonders to please ourselves, but as the gracious works of His hand according to His will, opening doors no man can shut and ordering your steps.

May the Lord keep you in godly fear, in diligence and in prayer, laboring and not fainting, and may He grant you contentment in Christ while you wait, knowing that He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly. We will continue to bear you up before the throne of grace, asking that Christ may be formed more fully in you and that your future home, if it be His will to grant it, may be built upon Him as the sure foundation.
