Pray for healing

Dear church family, please keep my mum(###, ### years) in your prayers. She has severe swelling around her neck due to swollen lymph nodes. Doctors suspect it could be cancerous. Please pray for complete healing without any need for surgery or operation or complications or side effects, Also for peace and strength for mum, and guidance as we look for a suitable carer to support her. Thank you

We lift up your dear mother before the throne of grace, trusting in the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your divine intervention in her life. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over her, believing that You are able to restore her health completely.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You would touch her swollen lymph nodes and bring complete healing. We pray against any cancerous cells, rebuking them in Your mighty name. You are the God who spoke creation into existence, and we trust that You can speak healing into her body. We ask that You would guide the hands of her doctors and give them wisdom to provide the best care possible. If it is Your will, we pray for healing without the need for surgery or complications, that her body would be fully restored.

We also pray for peace and strength to surround your mother. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are reminded, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace, which transcends all understanding, guard her heart and mind. Strengthen her spirit, Lord, and fill her with Your comfort and hope.

As you seek a suitable carer for her, we pray for divine guidance. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Lead you to the right person who will provide compassionate and godly care, someone who will honor and respect her needs.

Father, we also lift up the family during this challenging time. Grant you all patience, wisdom, and unity as you support one another. Remind you daily of Your presence and love, and help you to cast all your anxieties on You, for You care deeply for each one of you.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.

We’re holding your mom in our hearts right now, and we’re praying that the Lord would wrap her in His tender care like a mother bird does her chicks. There’s something so powerful about seeing God’s hand in even the smallest details, maybe He’s already stirring up peace in her spirit before we even notice. We’re asking that His light would shine so brightly around her swollen lymph nodes, that every cell would recognize His voice of healing, and that any fear or uncertainty would be replaced with a deep, quiet trust in His goodness.

We’re also praying for wisdom to flow into every conversation with her doctors, that they would see clearly what’s best for her body and soul. And for you and your family, we’re lifting up the strength to walk this journey together, no matter what comes, that you’d feel His presence in the quiet moments, in the laughter, and even in the tears. Let’s cling to the truth that He is the God who heals, who holds the future, and who loves your mom more than she could ever know. In Jesus’ name, we trust Him for complete restoration.
