Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for entrusting these burdens to prayer. I am bringing your mother, your financial need, and your own heart before the Lord.
Jesus healed in many ways: sometimes immediately, sometimes gradually, sometimes through the body's own process of recovery. Both are his doing. So we can ask boldly for your mother's liver to be restored and for her health and strength to return. We do not have to figure out why some are healed and others are not, and no one should tell you that her suffering is because of weak faith or hidden sin. That is not how Scripture teaches us to pray. We simply lay her before the Lord, trusting that he is able to heal and that he loves her more than we do.
About your finances, I pray that God will open a way where there seems to be no way. The Lord knows what it is to be poor. He knows the weight of debt. I ask him to provide work, to meet each month's obligation, and to give you wisdom. I pray for steady provision and for freedom from constant anxiety. May he supply your daily bread and make you stable enough to be a blessing to others.
For you and your mother, I ask for guidance every moment and for help for the whole person, body, soul, and mind. Since your father is no longer with you, I pray you both know God as Father in his absence. May the Lord keep you safe, strengthen you, and lead you both into a good future according to his will. Above all, keep Jesus first, and let that shared love hold your family together.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
