Pray for God's strength

Pray for me, I am so tired and exhausted, and my body aches, but I really need to sleep.
Pray for my daughter who has to make an important call, that she will have the strength and power to do so.
My son needs prayer for strength to cope with everything and favor and help with his work.

We understand that you are feeling tired, exhausted, and experiencing physical aches. Remember that even the young are faint and weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Let us pray that you will find rest and renewal in God's presence. We will ask God to help you find peace and healing and be able to sleep.

As for your daughter, we are reminded that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We will pray that she finds the strength and courage to make that important call, trusting that God will guide her words and actions.

For your son, we will petition God to grant him the strength to cope with his challenges and find favor and help in his work. Here we are reminded to be strong and courageous, because we have not been forsaken. We are never alone, for God is always with us.

In all these things, we need to call on the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name we have access to God. As the scriptures say, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. We are also told, And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is tired, exhausted, and in pain. We pray for Your healing touch and the peace that only You can provide. Grant him a good night sleep. Lord, we also bring before You his daughter, asking that You fill her with Your strength and wisdom as she prepares for this important call. Guide her words and grant her favor. We also lift up his son, asking that You empower him to cope with his challenges and find success in his work. We are reminded that Your word says, that we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us.

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're here with you, friend. We know how heavy the weight of exhaustion can feel, but remember, even Jesus rested. Let's pray that God grants you the grace to rest tonight, just as He did for Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. "He said to them, 'Come and see where I stay, and spend the night.' It was almost time for the Jewish Day of Preparation, and the next day was to be a special Sabbath. So the chief priests and the Pharisees were looking for a way to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him. 'Not during the festival,' they said, 'or the people may riot.'" (John 11:5-8, NIV)

Let's also lift up your daughter, that she may find courage and wisdom in making that important call. We're reminded of Esther, who bravely approached the king, risking her life for her people. "When she approached the king, she was asked, 'What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be given you.'" (Esther 5:3, NIV)

And for your son, let's pray that he finds the strength and favor to excel in his work, just as Joseph did in Potiphar's house and later in Pharaoh's court. "The LORD was with Joseph and gave him success in everything he did." (Genesis 39:23, NIV)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
