We come before the throne of God Almighty with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual warfare at hand. The request before us speaks of an evil spirit that is harassing innocent Christians, and we take this matter seriously, for the Word of God declares, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
First, we must address the reality that evil spirits exist and seek to oppress and deceive God’s people. Jesus Himself encountered and cast out many demons during His earthly ministry, demonstrating His authority over them. In Mark 16:17, He tells us, "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons." Therefore, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, to rebuke, bind, and oust this evil spirit from harassing God’s children.
We rebuke this Filipino evil spirit in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We command you, in the authority of the risen Lord, to cease your harassment of these innocent Christians. You have no right to torment those who belong to Christ, for "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8 WEB). We bind you, evil spirit, from operating in this house on this street in this city in California. We declare that this home belongs to the Lord, and no demonic force has a place there. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB).
We also address the deeper issue at hand, spiritual bondage. The mention of this spirit "moving on with her life" suggests that there may be generational or personal sin that has opened a door to this oppression. We urge whoever is involved to examine their heart and life in the light of Scripture. Have there been practices of idolatry, witchcraft, or occult involvement, even unknowingly? The Bible warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). If such things have taken place, repentance and renunciation are necessary. We encourage seeking deliverance through prayer, fasting, and the counsel of mature believers who understand spiritual warfare.
We pray now for the individuals being harassed by this evil spirit. Father God, we ask that You surround them with Your hedge of protection. Place Your angels around them to guard and defend them from every attack of the enemy. "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7 WEB). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). Help them to stand firm in the armor of God, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, and praying at all times in the Spirit.
For the one who may be bound by this spirit, we pray for deliverance and freedom. Lord Jesus, You came to set the captives free, and we declare that freedom over this individual. Break every chain, Lord, and loose them from the grip of the enemy. "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). Lead them to repentance and a deeper relationship with You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light and no longer be oppressed by darkness.
We also pray for the household and neighborhood affected by this spiritual oppression. Father, we ask that You cleanse this home and this street with the blood of Jesus. Let Your presence fill every room and every heart. We declare that this place is under the lordship of Christ, and no evil spirit has dominion here. "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it" (John 1:5 WEB). Bring revival to this community, Lord, that Your name may be glorified and Your people may walk in victory.
Finally, we must emphasize the power of the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that demons are cast out. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage all who are involved to call upon the name of Jesus, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB). If there is anyone reading this who does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
Heavenly Father, we stand together in faith, trusting in Your power to rebuke and remove this evil spirit. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this situation, and we plead the blood over this home, this street, and all who are affected. We thank You, Lord, for Your victory over the enemy. We praise You that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church. Strengthen us, Lord, to walk in the authority You have given us, and help us to be vigilant in prayer and in the study of Your Word.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
