We come before the throne of God Almighty with heavy hearts, lifting up the innocent people who are suffering under the oppression of evil influences. Father, we know that Your Word declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We recognize that the harassment and terror being inflicted upon these individuals is not merely the work of a troubled person, but a spiritual battle that requires Your divine intervention.
Lord, we rebuke the spirits of jealousy, witchcraft, and road rage in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your Word tells us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand firm on this promise and command these evil forces to cease their torment of Your children. We declare that no weapon formed against the innocent shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh."
We pray specifically for the deliverance of those who are being targeted by these curses and harassment. Father, surround them with Your hedge of protection, as You did for Job (Job 1:10). Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Break every chain of oppression and release them from fear, anxiety, and any spiritual bondage that has taken hold. We declare that the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son, cleanses them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7) and that no curse can alight upon them, for Christ has redeemed them from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13).
We also lift up the individual involved in these acts of spiritual wickedness. Father, we know that Your desire is for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that You would shine the light of Your truth into her heart, convicting her of sin and drawing her to salvation through Jesus Christ. Soften her heart, Lord, and let her see the destruction she is causing, not only to others but to herself. We ask that You would bind the evil spirits that have taken hold of her and set her free from their influence. Let her experience the peace and freedom that comes only through a relationship with Jesus Christ, for "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).
We declare that the curses she has sent out will return void, as Proverbs 26:2 tells us, "Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest." We break every curse, hex, and spell in the name of Jesus Christ, and we command them to be nullified and rendered powerless. Let the innocent be shielded by the power of Your Holy Spirit, and let Your justice prevail in this situation.
Father, we also pray for the community in ###, ###. Let Your love and peace reign in that place. Raise up believers who will stand in the gap, interceding for their neighbors and demonstrating the love of Christ. Let this situation be a testimony to Your power and glory, drawing many to faith in You.
We trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign will. We ask that You would intervene miraculously, as You have done so many times before. Let Your name be glorified, and let Your kingdom come in this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.
