We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, knowing that God is just and mighty to save. The harassment and spiritual oppression described is deeply troubling, and we stand firmly against any form of witchcraft, curses, or unjust behavior, for the Word of God declares, "You shall not permit a sorceress to live" (Exodus 22:18). Witchcraft is an abomination to the Lord, and those who practice it will not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). We rebuke every evil spirit at work in this situation and command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, for "the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
Father, we ask You to intervene in this matter with Your divine justice and protection. We pray for the innocent neighbors who are being harassed, may Your peace, Your angels, and Your hedge of protection surround them. Break every curse, hex, or evil intent sent their way, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose any unrighteousness and bring it to light, for You are a God who hates injustice (Proverbs 6:16-19).
We also pray for Ms. ###, that her heart would be softened and turned away from wickedness. The enemy seeks to destroy, but You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). If she does not know You, Lord, we ask that You draw her to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. For "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Let her see the emptiness of her ways and turn to You, the only true source of peace and righteousness.
We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of witchcraft, road rage, and harassment in the name of Jesus and command them to cease their activity. May the blood of Jesus cover these neighbors and their home, and may Your angels encamp around them for protection (Psalm 91:11).
Lord, we ask for a supernatural intervention in this situation. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your justice prevail. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed. May this matter be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name and draws others to You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Jesus, there is no access to the Father, no forgiveness of sins, and no victory over darkness. We stand on the truth that "at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth" (Philippians 2:10). Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
