Father, please make ###'s family wise. Make ###'s family’s heart open to instruction that they might gain more wisdom. Teach them what it means to fear the Lord, for that is the beginning of wisdom. Grant them knowledge of the Holy One.
God, please guard ###'s family from being wise in their own eyes. May they fear you and find wisdom, strength, and understanding in you alone, not in their own capabilities. May they understand your holiness and resist evil.
Father, please make ###'s family’s ears attentive to wisdom. Deafen their ears to the call of sin; teach them to recognize your still, small voice. Incline their heart to understanding.
I pray that ###'s family would speak only wholesome words beneficial to others. May their speech be appropriate and respectful. May it encourage those who are disheartened and bring faith to those who have none.
I ask that ###'s family will learn wisdom and as a result, be able to hold their tongues. Keep them from wicked words. Make their tongues like choice silver.
I pray that love and faithfulness will not leave ###'s family. May they bind them around their neck and write them on the tablet of their heart. Open their eyes to others' needs, making them quick to extend kindness. Bless them with favor and a good reputation in the sight of God and man.
I pray that ###'s family will watch over their hearts with all diligence. Keep their hearts pure. Keep them from being embittered by trials. May their hearts be steadfastly set on loving you more than anything or anyone else.
I pray that ###'s family would have clean hands and a pure heart. May they love you with all their heart, turning away from all that is false. Keep their speech and motives pure. Thank you for promising a blessing and being faithful to fulfill it.
I pray that ###'s family will worship and bow down before you. May they love and fear you, honoring you as the King of their lives. May they acknowledge you as their Maker and recognize that your love will never fail.
Father, please help ###'s family walk in your path. Cause them to delight in your commandments and follow you all their days.
