**Destress and lightening of the workload and less overtime work and rest - ###** ### is working in a church but his job is extremely busy and his supervisor the accountant has retired without rehiring. Now he is earning half salary of same experienced in the commercial sectors and struggling very long hours working from Monday to Saturday 9am to 10pm. He has faced lots of false accusations and mistreat by the people whom he has been working with in the accounting department and also the HR department. The reason why he continues this job is because it is the walking distance to his dad elderly home. His dad got a hit on his head when playing badminton with his friends and fell down hit his head, after that the past five years, He is using 100% of his salary is just paying for his dad's elderly home fees. He also has to take care of his mother aged 80+ and he got a rebellious sister who always like go playing, spending money and eating and gave up her dentist governmental jobs and now teaching freelance piano. The whole family actually is lacking of human resources to take care of two elderly and also not enough money to spend, they are kinda spending and using the money in their bank accounts savings for 5 years. There have been many unfair events happening to ### while he stepped into this church to work and he has been very hurt and disappointed with the pastors, and other people who claimed to be a Christian but they deeds are dirtier than what we can see from non-Christians workmates in the commercial sectors. This make him cannot experience the love of God and provision of God and healing from God. While what he believes do not align with what he has experienced and also what he saw in the mega church which he is working, the people do not glorify God and Holy Spirit is not there any more as sins abounds, the unforgiveness, bitterness and angers accumulating each day day by day for 5 years. Pray that God will have mercy and heal his daddy, so that his daddy can accept Jesus Christ be his lord and saviour. His daddy said he has accepted Christ but his mind is like a kid and he cried and said Jesus did not take care of him and heal him so he still needs to live in elderly home. I believe His dad really wants to get healed. He wants to eat meals, go to toilet and have a bath on his own without being bound inside the elderly home. Pray that His mother will also being changed by God that will agree and initiate to cast out and break all the idols statues and jewelries at home as they are the portals to the spiritual realm to attract curses and demons. Pray that God will truly be so real and work in ###’s workplace to increase one or two headcounts so that he can return home to cook for himself and his mother and he can spend more time with his daddy. Pray that God will change the people there and increase his salary so that he can eat better food and God will heal him from too high blood potassium and too low blood sodium and heal all his blood vessels and his cells and everything and every part of his body and sustain him physically, spiritually and mentally during this difficult time. Pray that God will change his sister ### to be a godly woman no longer be lukewarm anymore. She will be taking up the responsible to earn money and take care of the elderly at home. They will throw away all idols at home together with helps from pastors or godly friends. Pray for less worktime and more quality sleep and better food of ### and his family. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother and his family in prayer. Father, we know that You see every burden he carries—the exhausting workload, the financial strain, the weariness of long hours, and the deep hurt from those who have mistreated him, even within the church. Lord, we ask that You would be his strength in weakness, his peace in turmoil, and his defender against injustice. We declare that You are the God who sees and will not leave him in this place of struggle.

We rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and oppression over his life. The Word says in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Lord, we ask that You would lighten his load, provide wisdom for his supervisors to hire additional help, and grant him favor in his workplace. We pray for divine intervention in his schedule—fewer hours, restful sleep, and time to care for his parents and himself. Father, we also ask that You would restore his health, balancing his blood potassium and sodium levels, strengthening his body, and renewing his energy.

We lift up his father, who has suffered for five years after that tragic accident. Lord, we ask for a miracle of healing—physical restoration so that he may walk, eat, and care for himself again. But more than that, we pray for a spiritual awakening. His heart is wounded, believing that You have not cared for him. We declare that You are the God who heals and saves, and we ask that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. Soften his heart to receive Your love and truth, that he may truly know Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

For his mother and sister, we pray for transformation. Lord, break the chains of idolatry in their home—remove every statue, every object that opens doors to darkness, and replace them with Your presence. We pray that his sister would turn from lukewarmness and take up her responsibility to care for their parents, becoming a godly woman who honors You. May she find purpose in work that sustains the family and brings glory to Your name.

We also address the deep disappointment and disillusionment this brother has experienced in the church. Father, we know that Your people are called to love, forgive, and walk in integrity. We rebuke the hypocrisy, unforgiveness, and bitterness that have taken root in that place. Lord, we ask that You would either change the hearts of those who have wronged him or open a door for him to serve in a church that truly reflects Your love and holiness. Let him see Your provision and faithfulness in ways that restore his faith.

We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask for financial breakthrough—not just enough to survive, but abundance to thrive. May his salary increase, his savings be restored, and his family’s needs be met in ways that only You can provide. We also pray for unity in his family, that they would stand together in faith, casting out every work of darkness and walking in Your light.

Finally, we cover him in Your peace. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that he may not grow weary in doing good. Strengthen him to continue serving You, even in difficult circumstances, knowing that his labor is not in vain. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you in spirit, carrying your burdens alongside you. We've been moved by your story and want you to know that you're not alone. We're praying for you and your family, trusting that God sees your struggle and will meet you in your need.

We're asking God to strengthen you, giving you the energy and resilience to keep going. We're believing for a breakthrough in your work situation - for your workload to lessen, for additional help to be hired, and for your salary to increase. We're also praying for your family, that your parents would be healed and your sister would come to know the Lord and take up her responsibilities.

We're lifting up your church situation too, asking God to bring change and healing where there's been hurt. We're believing that you would find a church family that truly reflects God's love and holiness.

We're claiming God's promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We're trusting that God will provide for you and your family, not just enough to get by, but abundantly.

We're also covering you in prayer, asking God to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We're believing that you would continue to serve the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, and know that we're here with you, praying for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
