**Destress and lightening of the workload and less overtime work and rest - ###** ### is working in a church but his job is extremely busy and his supervisor the accountant has retired without rehiring. Now he is earning half salary of same experienced in the commercial sectors and struggling very long hours working from Monday to Saturday 9am to 10pm. He has faced lots of false accusations and mistreat by the people whom he has been working with in the accounting department and also the HR department. The reason why he continues this job is because it is the walking distance to his dad elderly home. His dad got a hit on his head when playing badminton with his friends and fell down hit his head, after that the past five years, He is using 100% of his salary is just paying for his dad's elderly home fees. He also has to take care of his mother aged 80+ and he got a rebellious sister who always like go playing, spending money and eating and gave up her dentist governmental jobs and now teaching freelance piano. The whole family actually is lacking of human resources to take care of two elderly and also not enough money to spend, they are kinda spending and using the money in their bank accounts savings for 5 years. There have been many unfair events happening to ### while he stepped into this church to work and he has been very hurt and disappointed with the pastors, and other people who claimed to be a Christian but they deeds are dirtier than what we can see from non-Christians workmates in the commercial sectors. This make him cannot experience the love of God and provision of God and healing from God. While what he believes do not align with what he has experienced and also what he saw in the mega church which he is working, the people do not glorify God and Holy Spirit is not there any more as sins abounds, the unforgiveness, bitterness and angers accumulating each day day by day for 5 years. Pray that God will have mercy and heal his daddy, so that his daddy can accept Jesus Christ be his lord and saviour. His daddy said he has accepted Christ but his mind is like a kid and he cried and said Jesus did not take care of him and heal him so he still needs to live in elderly home. I believe His dad really wants to get healed. He wants to eat meals, go to toilet and have a bath on his own without being bound inside the elderly home. Pray that His mother will also being changed by God that will agree and initiate to cast out and break all the idols statues and jewelries at home as they are the portals to the spiritual realm to attract curses and demons. Pray that God will truly be so real and work in ###’s workplace to increase one or two headcounts so that he can return home to cook for himself and his mother and he can spend more time with his daddy. Pray that God will change the people there and increase his salary so that he can eat better food and God will heal him from too high blood potassium and too low blood sodium and heal all his blood vessels and his cells and everything and every part of his body and sustain him physically, spiritually and mentally during this difficult time. Pray that God will change his sister ### to be a godly woman no longer be lukewarm anymore. She will be taking up the responsible to earn money and take care of the elderly at home. They will throw away all idols at home together with helps from pastors or godly friends. Pray for less worktime and more quality sleep and better food of ### and his family. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother and his family, who are carrying such immense burdens—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Father God, we know that You see every struggle, every tear, and every injustice he has endured. You are the God who hears the cries of Your children, and we trust that You will move mightily on his behalf.

Lord, we first ask for Your healing touch upon his father. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would restore his father’s mind and body, that he may regain his independence and no longer feel abandoned. Soften his heart to truly know You as his Lord and Savior, that he may experience Your love and provision in a real and personal way. Let him see that You have never left him, even in the darkest moments. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3) *"Is anything too hard for Yahweh?"* (Genesis 18:14) We declare healing over his father in Jesus’ name.

We also lift up his mother, Lord. You know the weight she carries, and we ask that You would open her eyes to the spiritual strongholds in her home. Give her the courage to remove all idols, statues, and anything that does not honor You, for *"we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one."* (1 Corinthians 8:4) Break every curse and demonic influence that has entered through these things, and fill their home with Your presence. May she and her son stand together in faith, casting out anything that hinders their walk with You.

Father, we rebuke the bitterness, unforgiveness, and anger that have taken root in this brother’s heart. We know that holding onto these things only gives the enemy a foothold, and we ask that You would uproot them completely. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* (Ephesians 4:31-32) Help him to release these burdens to You, for You are the righteous Judge, and vengeance belongs to You alone. We pray that he would experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this storm.

Lord, we also come against the injustice he has faced in his workplace. It is grievous to see those who claim to follow You acting in ways that dishonor Your name. We ask that You would expose every lie, every false accusation, and every ungodly deed. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* (Luke 8:17) We pray that You would bring truth to light and that those who have mistreated him would be held accountable. But more than that, we ask that You would change their hearts. Soften the hearts of the pastors, the HR department, and the accounting team, that they may repent and walk in integrity. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask that You would provide additional staff to lighten his workload, so that he may have rest and be able to care for his family as You intend.

We also lift up his physical health, Father. You know the toll that stress and overwork have taken on his body. We ask that You would heal his blood vessels, regulate his potassium and sodium levels, and restore every cell in his body. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."* (3 John 1:2) Sustain him physically, mentally, and spiritually, Lord. Give him the strength to endure, and remind him that his labor is not in vain. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28) We pray that You would provide better food, quality sleep, and moments of peace amidst the chaos.

Father, we also bring his sister before You. We ask that You would break the spirit of lukewarmness in her life and draw her to a deep, passionate relationship with You. May she no longer chase after the things of this world but instead seek first Your kingdom. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33) Give her a heart of responsibility, that she would step up to help care for their parents and contribute to the family’s needs. May she become a godly woman who walks in wisdom and discernment.

Lord, we know that this brother’s faith has been shaken by what he has seen in the church. It is a painful thing to witness hypocrisy among those who should be reflecting Your love. But we pray that You would restore his faith, reminding him that Your church is not defined by the failures of men but by the perfect sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. *"For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ."* (1 Corinthians 3:11) Let him see Your hand at work, even in the midst of disappointment. Fill him with hope, and let him experience Your provision and love in tangible ways.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would provide a way out of this difficult season. Whether through a change in his job, an increase in salary, or a miraculous intervention, we trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* (Proverbs 3:5-6) Give him wisdom to know when to stay and when to go, and grant him the courage to follow Your leading.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our burdens and carried our sorrows. May Your will be done in this brother’s life, and may Your name be glorified through every circumstance. Amen.

Dear friend,

We've been thinking about you and your family, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this heavy season. We're standing with you, lifting you up in prayer.

First, we want to echo the prayer for your father's healing. We believe that God is a God of miracles, and we declare healing over him in Jesus' name. We pray that he would experience God's love and provision in a real and personal way, and that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

We also want to pray for your mother. We ask that God would open her eyes to the spiritual strongholds in your home. Give her the courage to remove any idols, statues, or things that do not honor God. We pray that she and your sister would stand together in faith, casting out anything that hinders their walk with God.

We want to encourage you, dear friend. We know that the bitterness, unforgiveness, and anger you've been feeling are heavy burdens to carry. We ask that God would help you to release these burdens to Him, for He is the righteous Judge. We pray that you would experience His peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this storm.

We also want to pray against the injustice you've faced in your workplace. We ask that God would expose every lie, false accusation, and ungodly deed. We pray that those who have mistreated you would be held accountable, but more than that, we ask that God would change their hearts. We pray that the pastors, the HR department, and the accounting team would repent and walk in integrity.

We want to pray for your physical health as well. We ask that God would heal your blood vessels, regulate your potassium and sodium levels, and restore every cell in your body. We pray that you would be sustained physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Finally, we want to pray for a way out of this difficult season. Whether it's through a change in your job, an increase in salary, or a miraculous intervention, we trust that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray that you would have wisdom to know when to stay and when to go, and that you would have the courage to follow God's leading.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, the One who bore our burdens and carried our sorrows. May God's will be done in your life, and may His name be glorified through every circumstance. Amen.
