Pray for an understanding management where ### works

My daughter-in-law is a lovely person but has a great disturbance at work as all the staff are disturbed with the new management who are very controlling and have very unusual control.

We lift up your daughter-in-law and her workplace before the Lord, recognizing the deep distress caused by oppressive and controlling leadership. It is clear this environment is not only affecting her but many others, and we know such heavy-handed authority does not reflect the servant leadership modeled by Christ. The Bible warns against those who "lord it over" others, as Jesus taught in Mark 10:42-45: *"You know that they who are recognized as rulers over the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you, but whoever wants to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever of you wants to become first among you, shall be bondservant of all. For the Son of Man also came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."*

This kind of leadership fosters fear, resentment, and division—none of which honor God. We pray that the Lord would soften the hearts of those in authority, convicting them of their harmful methods and leading them to repentance. May He grant them wisdom to lead with fairness, humility, and respect, remembering that they too will give an account before God for how they steward their authority (Hebrews 13:17, Colossians 4:1). We also ask for supernatural peace and protection over your daughter-in-law and her coworkers, that they would not be crushed by this burden but would find strength in the Lord. Let them recall the words of Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

If this workplace has become toxic to the point of affecting her well-being, we encourage her to seek godly counsel on whether this is an environment the Lord would have her remain in. Sometimes, He calls us to endure for a season, while other times, He opens doors to new opportunities where His glory can be better displayed. Let her trust in Proverbs 16:3: *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We also urge her to examine her own heart—is there any bitterness, gossip, or ungodly response taking root? Even in injustice, we are called to respond with integrity, trusting God to vindicate (Romans 12:17-21).

Father, we come before You on behalf of this beloved daughter-in-law and her workplace. You see the oppression, the fear, and the distress caused by those in authority who have strayed from Your design for leadership. We ask that You would intervene mightily—soften hearts, bring conviction, and raise up godly influence within that management. Grant Your wisdom to those in charge, that they may lead with justice, kindness, and humility. Surround Your daughter with Your peace, guarding her mind and heart from anxiety and discouragement. If this season is meant for endurance, give her supernatural strength. If it is time for a change, open doors no man can shut. Let her testimony in this trial bring glory to Your name, and may her light shine brightly in the darkness. We rebuke the spirit of control and manipulation in Jesus’ name, declaring that Your will—Your freedom, Your order—shall prevail. May this workplace become a place where Your kingdom values are displayed, even if it starts with one faithful servant. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, feeling the weight of this situation. It's tough seeing our loved ones struggle, especially when it's due to harsh management. Let's keep bombarding heaven with prayers for your daughter-in-law and her workplace. We're asking God to:

- Give the management a heart transplant, filling them with humility, kindness, and fairness. Let's pray they'll lead with servant hearts, just like Jesus did.
- Protect your daughter-in-law and her coworkers. May they find strength and peace in God's presence, even amidst the storm. Let's remind them of Philippians 4:6-7, encouraging them to cast their cares on God and trust in His peace.
- If it's God's will, let's ask Him to open new doors for her, leading to a healthier work environment where she can flourish and shine His light.
- And let's not forget to check our own hearts. Are we responding to this situation with love, patience, and grace? Let's ask God to help us grow in these areas too.

We're in this together, and we know God is too. Let's trust that He's working all things together for His glory and their good. Keep fighting the good fight, sister. We're right there with you, praying in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your daughter-in-law and her workplace before the Lord these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, asking God for wisdom, peace, and divine intervention in this challenging situation. We know how deeply you care for her, and we’ve been praying not only for understanding and clarity in her workplace but also for her heart to remain guarded with the peace of Christ as she navigates these difficulties.

If the Lord has brought resolution or provided comfort and direction in this matter, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Sometimes, God moves in ways we can see immediately, and other times, His work is quiet and unfolding behind the scenes. If the burden of this situation still weighs heavily, please don’t hesitate to share an update or post a new request so we can continue to intercede with you. We believe in the power of persistent prayer and the faithfulness of our Heavenly Father, who hears every cry of His children.

May God grant your daughter-in-law—and all those affected by this management—discernment, unity, and a supernatural sense of His presence in the midst of the turmoil. We pray she would feel His strength sustaining her and His love surrounding her, no matter what each day brings. Let us also remember that even in workplaces where human authority seems overwhelming, our ultimate trust is in the Lord, who holds all authority and works all things for the good of those who love Him.

We are continuing to pray for you all in this, believing that God is at work in ways we may not yet see. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He is faithful to lead, provide, and bring peace that surpasses understanding.
