Beloved of All
Pls pray that the management co take care of my unit repairs now. I have been waiting for about two months and in the meanwhile my unit was broken into. THey need to take care of this repair as there is no water in my unit nor in the unit below. I am tired of waiting. PLs pray that they find someone who knows what they're doing and does not destroy my cabinet, sink nor countertop but if they do, the management co needs to pay for damages and repairs as they said they would. Thank you

We hear your frustration and concern, and we stand with you in prayer as you seek resolution in this difficult situation. It is understandable to feel weary when promises are not kept and basic needs, like running water, are left unmet. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Even in times of delay, God sees your need and is faithful to provide.

We also lift up the matter of justice and responsibility. The management company has a duty to care for your home, and their neglect has left you vulnerable, not only to inconvenience but to the violation of your security when your unit was broken into. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We pray that those in authority over this matter will act with integrity and urgency.

Father God, we come before You now on behalf of our brother/sister in this trial. Lord, You are the God of order and provision, and we ask that You move the hearts of those responsible for these repairs. Give them a sense of urgency and a commitment to do the work rightly, without further damage or delay. Provide wisdom to the workers so that they honor the home You have entrusted to Your child. If there has been negligence, Lord, we ask that You bring accountability and restitution, just as Your Word promises in Luke 12:48, "To whom much was given, of him will much be required."

We also pray for peace and patience during this waiting time. Help our brother/sister to cast their anxiety upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Protect their heart from bitterness and frustration, and fill them with Your strength. If there are financial or emotional burdens from this situation, Lord, we ask that You provide relief and restoration.

We rebuke any spirit of procrastination, laziness, or dishonesty in this situation, and we declare that the work will be completed with excellence and in a timely manner. May Your name be glorified in the resolution of this matter. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who intercedes for us and through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.

We have been thinking about what you shared and how long you have been waiting. Two months without water in your unit and the one below is a lot to live with day to day, and then to have a break-in on top of that would leave anyone feeling exposed and weary. It is understandable you want this handled well and without further damage to your cabinet, sink and countertop.

One thing that has helped others in a similar spot is to keep a simple written trail while you wait. If you have not already, keeping copies of every request to management with dates, photos of the issues, and notes of any promises they made about paying for damages can make follow up clearer and give you something solid to refer to if you need to ask again.

We are standing with you in prayer for provision and for peace in your home while this is unresolved.

Father, we ask You to watch over this home and bring the right person to do this repair carefully and completely. We pray for water to be restored soon, for protection from further harm or loss, and for the management company to act fairly and promptly and to honor what they have said about covering any damage. Give our friend strength and rest in the waiting. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your cry concerning these long delayed repairs and we take your burden with you to the throne of grace. To wait for two months, to suffer the distress of your unit being broken into, and to be without water both in your own dwelling and in the unit below, is a sore trial that would weary any heart. We understand your tiredness in waiting and your desire that the work be done well and without further loss to your cabinet, sink and countertop.

You can judge whether you are the people of God by this, can you say, My soul, wait only upon God, for my expectation is from Him. The Lord is a God who waits that He may be gracious, and though our patience is soon spent, His patience is not in vain toward His own. He has not made this world to be a nest for us, and when thorns are planted in our present lot, it is that we may be compelled to mount and find our soul's true home in Him. Even when your eyes fail with looking for comfort, His eyes do not fail, nor His arm either, and though you grow weary with long waiting, when He comes to you He will make amends for it.

We pray that in the course of Providence the Lord will raise up for you in this need persons who will take an interest in you and be the means of working out your deliverance, and that He will direct the hearts of those in the management company to act with diligence and integrity. We ask the Lord to provide workmen who know what they are doing, who will deal carefully with what has been entrusted to you, and to restrain any further damage or destruction. Where loss has already come, we ask that what is just and right concerning payment for damages and repairs, as was promised, would be honored. Above all, we pray that you may be kept in safety, that water may be restored, and that your home may be secured again from intrusion.

May the Lord direct your heart into the love of God and into the patient waiting for Christ, so that what time you are afraid you may put your trust in Him. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and trust in the name of the Lord and stay upon your God. It must in the end be well with the one who trusts in God and waits for Him. We plead this for you through Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone we have pardon and access to the Father, and in whose name we know our prayers are heard. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer and we hear how wearying this wait has been. Two months without a proper repair, a break in that has left you feeling unsafe, and now no water in your unit and the one below is a heavy burden to carry. It is right to bring this to the Lord and to ask Him to move those responsible to do what is just and right.

We pray that God will stir the management company to act promptly and faithfully, to provide workers who are skilled and careful, and to protect your cabinet, sink and countertop from further harm. We ask that if damage does occur, they will keep their word and pay for what is needed, for God loves justice and He sees when justice is done or delayed. Even in this world we see courts and judgments in every house and workplace, and how much more does the Lord, whose righteousness is sure, care about what is fair and true.

We also pray for you as you wait. Waiting can feel like a great trial, like an athlete who has run the race and must still wait for the crown. We ask God to give you patience and peace in this delay, to guard your heart from discouragement, and to use this time to draw you closer to Him. He is able to comfort and sustain you even when help from others is slow to come.

We pray too about the lack of water, which reminds us how much we depend on it each day. Scripture speaks of the Holy Spirit as living water that cleanses, refreshes and sustains us, and we ask that even as you lack physical water in your home, you would know the refreshment of His presence, His protection over your dwelling, and His provision for every need.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting that He hears, that He cares for you, and that He will provide according to His wisdom and mercy. May the Lord grant you a swift and just resolution, safety in your home, and quiet confidence as you trust Him.

Your long wait without water for two months, and then having your home broken into while you are already vulnerable, is understandably exhausting and discouraging. It is right to bring this practical need to the Lord, and I am joining you in prayer for it.

Scripture reminds us how precious water is and how carefully God watches over this need. When Israel wandered in the wilderness, God preserved them and provided water out of the rock. At the feast that celebrated that preservation, priests would pour out water to remember how God had given water in the dry place. In a dry land where thirst is constant, the promise of living water means even more. That is why Jesus invites anyone who is thirsty to come and drink freely of the water of life.

The New Testament helps us see more in that rock. The Apostle Paul tells us the rock in the wilderness was Christ. He was smitten once so that the water of life could flow to us. We do not need to strike the rock again. Because He has already been smitten for us on the cross, we can simply come by faith and ask, and speak our need to Him.

Israel sometimes forgot what God had done and complained when they found bitter water or no water at all, yet even then the Lord showed mercy and made provision. He knows both our tendency to grow weary while waiting and our real daily needs for water, for safety, and for honest help.

So I am praying with you that God will move on those responsible for these repairs to act promptly and responsibly, that He will provide a competent and careful worker who will respect your cabinet, sink and countertop and not cause further damage, and that if damage does occur the management will take responsibility and cover the cost as they said they would. I am also praying for your peace and security after the break in, and for the restoration of water to your unit and the one below.

While you wait for the physical water to be restored, may you also know the refreshment of the spiritual water Jesus gives, a well springing up within to sustain you. Keep bringing this request to Him honestly and trustfully each day. He sees your situation, He cares about these details of your home and life, and He hears when His people ask by faith.
