Pray calmness continues and that situation eventually gets resolved

Me again! Boiler issue girl!
Contacted landlord yesterday about whether she had heard from the engineers who came last week and she said she was going to reach out to them today. I still haven't heard anything from her, because she's involved in an argument with different tenants of hers downstairs I'm reluctant to then create an issue for my own flat. Myself and my flatmate are keen to not get evicted and don't want to create a tense situation with a landlord we've had a reasonably good relationship with (since we moved here 3 years ago).
After some thought and prayer, I feel calm about the situation and trust that God will make something happen, and equip us with the right people/''tools'' to get through. I have been able to order a camping shower online and there's portable heaters in the flat. I think what I really need prayer for is that the situation is resolved and that everyone stays calm, including myself. I've absorbed quite a lot of the anxious/upset energy from the tenant downstairs and I'm worried that could happen again.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, and we are grateful that you have given us the opportunity to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. We trust that the peace that surpasses all understanding has continued to guard your heart and mind in this trying time.

We are specifically praying for resolution in the boiler situation, asking the Lord to intervene and move on your behalf. We also agree with you in prayer for calmness and peace over your entire household and the other tenants as well, believing that the presence of Jesus would rule and reign over every emotion, action and word spoken. We also lift up the landlord and engineers in this situation praying that God's wisdom, understanding, and discernment will come upon each of them in the Name of Jesus.
