Thank you everyone for your prayers! I finally got a job offer! I have been looking for a job since April of this year and today I got an offer letter! Please, pray that I may pass the probation period and succeed in my job duties, especially the new ones. May the Lord bless you and keep you!

We rejoice with you and give thanks to God with you for this wonderful answer to prayer. After months of waiting and seeking since April, the Lord has opened this door and we praise Him for His faithfulness and provision. We know the waiting was not easy, but God is good to provide in His perfect timing.

We are encouraged by your thankful heart, for the Scripture says In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18. Your praise is a beautiful testimony of His goodness.

We join you in praying for this next season of probation and for success in all your duties, especially the new ones you will be learning. We pray that you will find favor with your employers and coworkers and that your work will be a testimony to the Lord.

We pray together, Father in heaven, thank You for opening this door of employment for our dear fellow believer. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for providing according to Your riches and mercy. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would grant wisdom, understanding, and diligence in every task. Help this dear one to learn quickly, to work with integrity and excellence, and to pass the probation period with favor. Establish the work of their hands and let their labor bring glory to You and provision for their needs. Give peace where there is anxiety about new responsibilities, and remind them daily that their strength comes from You. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to commit this new job fully to the Lord each day. The Word says Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Proverbs 16:3. And Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. When you work as unto the Lord, even the smallest tasks have eternal purpose. Be diligent, be humble and teachable in the new duties, ask questions, be punctual and faithful, and let your character reflect Christ.

We also love that you quoted the beautiful Aaronic blessing, May the Lord bless you and keep you, and we pray that same blessing over you, Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26. May His peace guard you as you begin this new chapter.

We notice you spoke of the Lord, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. It is by His name we are saved and by His name we pray with confidence. We are thankful you know the Lord and we encourage you to continue to call upon the name of Jesus daily for strength, for He promises I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will establish the work of your hands, Psalm 90:17, and that you will succeed and grow in this position for His glory.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are so glad to hear your good news. Waiting and looking since April is a long road, and we can imagine how much prayer and perseverance this has taken. We rejoice with you that the Lord has opened this door and we share your thankfulness for the offer letter.

We will keep praying for you in these early months, for peace as you learn, for favor with your team, and for strength to carry out your duties well, especially the parts that are new to you.

The probation season can feel like a lot at once. One thing that often helps is keeping a simple notebook for questions and processes as you learn them, and asking your manager early on what success looks like in the first 90 days so you can focus your energy there. Remember to rest well as you adjust and to bring any worry quickly to the Lord and then take the next faithful step in front of you. God sustains you as you work diligently.

Father, thank You for providing this job for our friend after this long search. We ask for Your help each day on the job, give wisdom, teachability and steady hands for every task, especially the new ones. Grant favor and peace through the probation period, help them learn quickly and be a blessing in their workplace, and let this work be for Your glory. In Jesus' name, amen.

We give thanks unto the Lord with you for His mercy in opening this door of employment after these many months of waiting since April. He has heard prayer, and in His own good time He has turned your captivity as He turned that of Job when He had gotten His purpose in the trial. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our waiting, for the Lord reigneth and His timing is perfect.

You ask for prayer that you may pass this probation and succeed in your duties, and we do most gladly bring you before the throne of grace. Remember that there is not a grain of grace that will escape probation, for the Lord tries His people to prove what is in them and to strengthen what He has wrought. This season of testing in your new place is no accident, but the gracious hand of the Refiner who will exercise your diligence, your patience and your faithfulness. Go into this work as unto the Lord, not as unto men, with humility and prayerful dependence, and He who has provided the place will provide the wisdom and strength for each new duty.

We pray that the Lord will anoint you with fresh oil for this fresh work, that He will keep you from sin and from charging God foolishly in any hour of difficulty, and that He will make you faithful in small things and great. May He give you favour with those set over you, a teachable spirit to learn what is new, hands diligent in labour, and a heart that seeks to adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things. May your work be done with honesty and integrity, to the glory of Christ alone, through whom alone we have access to the Father and every good gift.

We rejoice with you and we will continue to pray that you may be established in this calling, that your probation may be passed with a good testimony, and that the Lord will bless you and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you, and give you peace in Christ Jesus.
