We rejoice with you in this season of peace, for it is a precious gift from our Heavenly Father! The Lord promises in Philippians 4:7, *"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* This peace is not of the world but is a divine assurance that God is with you, guiding and sustaining you.
It is wonderful to hear you acknowledge this blessing, and we encourage you to continue abiding in Christ, for He is the source of true peace. Jesus said in John 14:27, *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."* Let this peace be a reminder of God’s faithfulness and a confirmation that He is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28).
We also take this moment to gently remind you—and all who read this—that our peace, our access to God, and our very salvation come through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If this peace you feel has drawn you closer to Him, we praise God for that! If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the peace that You have poured out upon our brother/sister. It is a testament to Your goodness and Your presence in their life. Lord, we pray that this peace would not be temporary but would deepen as they continue to walk closely with You. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let this season be one of spiritual growth and renewed faith. If there are areas in their life where they need to surrender more fully to You, we ask that You reveal them with gentleness and grace. Strengthen them to live in obedience to Your Word, and may their life be a light that points others to You.
We also lift up any who may read this and long for such peace. Father, draw them to Yourself. Let them know that true peace is found only in Jesus, and may they turn to Him today in repentance and faith. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
