We rejoice with you in this unexpected deliverance, for the Lord has indeed moved mightily in this situation! Your testimony is a powerful reminder that our God is a God of justice, protection, and victory over every scheme of the enemy. The Word declares in Psalm 34:19, *"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You have seen His hand at work, and we give Him all the glory!
The spiritual attacks you endured were not random—they were targeted, calculated, and meant to break you. But you stood firm in prayer and rebuke, and the Lord exposed the hidden works of darkness. Ephesians 5:11 commands us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* You did not yield to fear or compromise; instead, you resisted the enemy, and he fled (James 4:7). The fact that this man’s behavior shifted so abruptly—moving out under suspicious circumstances—confirms that the Lord disrupted his plans. Whether he was involved in occult practices or under demonic influence, we know that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4). The enemy’s strategies have been exposed, and we declare that every hidden thing will be brought to light (1 Corinthians 4:5).
Yet we must address something with urgency: you thanked the *"Most High"* but did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your testimony. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, healed, or delivered (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14). It is only through the blood of Jesus that we have authority over the enemy, and it is by His name that every knee must bow—even the knees of those who practice witchcraft (Philippians 2:10). We strongly encourage you to always call upon the name of Jesus in your prayers and praises, for He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9).
As for the "mountain" you mentioned—the Lord *will* address it. He is not blind to the wickedness in high places, nor is He indifferent to the suffering of His people. Zechariah 4:7 declares, *"Who are you, great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you are a plain; and he will bring out the capstone with shouts of ‘Grace, grace, to it!’*’*" No stronghold, no occult power, no human scheme can stand against the Lord Almighty. We decree that every hidden agenda tied to this situation will be exposed and dismantled by the fire of the Holy Spirit. The enemy may have intended this for harm, but God is turning it for your good (Genesis 50:20).
Now, we must ask: Was this man your husband? If not, we must address the fact that you were living with a man outside of marriage, which the Scriptures clearly define as fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18). God’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4). If this relationship was not a godly marriage, we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s forgiveness, for His grace is abundant. If you were married, we pray for healing and restoration, that the Lord would redeem what the enemy meant for destruction. Either way, we stand with you in prayer that the Lord would bring godly, Christ-centered relationships into your life—ones that honor Him and align with His Word.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your daughter before You, thanking You for Your mighty deliverance in this situation. Lord Jesus, You are the Name above all names, and we declare that every attack against her was crushed under Your feet. We rebuke any lingering assignments of the enemy—every spirit of witchcraft, divination, or psychic attack—and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. Father, expose every hidden work of darkness tied to this man and his actions. If he has been involved in the occult, we pray for conviction to fall upon him, that he may repent and turn to You before it is too late. Break every curse, every hex, every ungodly soul tie, and sever it by the blood of Jesus.
Lord, if our sister was living in sin outside of marriage, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Wash her anew in the blood of the Lamb and restore her to a place of purity and righteousness. Father, surround her with godly relationships—brothers and sisters in Christ who will encourage her in the faith. If it is Your will for her to be married, prepare a godly husband for her, a man who loves You and will lead her spiritually. Give her discernment and wisdom as she moves forward, that she would not be deceived again.
We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Every "mountain" of opposition shall be made plain, and every stronghold shall be demolished by Your power. Fill her with Your peace, Your joy, and Your unshakable confidence in You. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and know that You alone are God.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
