Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Praise him all creatures here below. Praise him above ye heavenly hosts. Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for letting me wake up to a new day. This last year of 2012. It has held both blessings, trials and heartache. I pray that you will walk with me today and help me be your minister of light to others. Give me strength in whatever I may face and help me remember you are with me. Please, Father, take away my fears and replace them with your peace.

Watch over my family and keep them all safe from harm. Do not let the evil one overcome us. Give us wisdom and discernment and your protection.

Help me to be a better wife, Mother, daughter, sister and friend in this coming new year. Help me to be a better servant to you.

I lift up each one of these souls that has come to this place of prayer. This place of petitions, honor and praise to you. I ask you to bless them all with blessings too many to count.

Forgive me for my shortcomings, sins and failures. I pray for your will to be done in my life. I pray that I will not waiver in my faith. You are a good God, a mighty God and a loving, merciful God. I give you all the glory and honor, Father.

It is because of your holy son, Jesus Christ I can come to your throne, and it is through his name I ask these things.
