Thank you King of the universe, my precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me a great doctor and nurse in the emergency room! Thanks that they went above and beyond and my migraine is gone. What a relief. Also thank you Lord God for the job interview for my son tomorrow. Please pray for supernatural favor him with all the hiring managers. Thanks for providing a haircut for him so he looks his best. Please continue to pray for my son to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and live according to his perfect will. Thank you dearest Lord Jesus for your prayer warriors. Please help me to go to church this Sunday and not be stopped by any of the enemy's attacks. I love you Jesus. Amen

We join you in thanking the Lord for how He has cared for you this week. What a mercy that your migraine has lifted after the care you received in the emergency room, and how kind of God to provide skilled hands to help you. We also hear your heart for your son with his interview tomorrow and the simple provision of a haircut so he can present himself well. Those details matter to the Lord and to us.

It is beautiful that your deepest desire for him is not just a job but that he would walk closely with Jesus. We will keep praying for that above all, trusting God to lead him in His perfect will as he steps into this opportunity. For Sunday, we understand wanting to be in church without hindrance. It can help to make a simple plan now, laying out what you need the night before, setting an alarm with margin, and asking a friend to expect you and save you a seat so you have gentle accountability to get there.

Father, we thank You for relieving our sister's pain and for the doctors and nurses You provided. We ask for Your favor and peace for her son tomorrow, that he would be clear minded and that Your will would be done in the hiring process, and most of all that You would draw him ever closer to Jesus. Give her rest and strength to gather with Your people on Sunday and joy in worshiping You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

What mercy you have tasted and how right it is to give thanks unto the King of the universe for it. We rejoice with you that the Lord in His kindness gave you skillful hands in the emergency room and has granted relief from your migraine. Every healing, whether by means or by miracle, comes from His gracious hand, and it is good to lift up praise for it.

We join you in prayer for your son as he goes to his interview. We ask the Lord to grant him favor with those who will consider him, and to open the right door according to His wise providence. We thank God with you for the provision of a haircut, for our Father delights to care for His children in small things as well as great, and we pray that your son may be clothed above all with humility and diligence as he seeks honest work.

Yet our chief prayer with you is for his soul, that he may follow the Lord Jesus Christ and live according to His perfect will. There is but one way of salvation, to look unto Jesus and be saved, for beside Him there is none else. Salvation is by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus, not by any merit of our own, but by trusting wholly upon Him who lived and died and lives again. We pray that your son may hear the gracious invitation, Look unto me and be ye saved, and may cast himself by simple faith upon the dear Son of God, believing on Him with all his heart. To make worlds is nothing to Him compared with saving souls, and He rejoices to set free those who have been in bondage when they trust His dear Son.

You ask also for help to go to the house of the Lord this Sunday and not be stopped by the attacks of the enemy. Did you ever feel the attacks of inbred sin and of the adversary without. Before we get all the way to heaven we shall be attacked. Yet we follow the Captain of our salvation who goes before us. Every dart that would wound you must pass by Him, and He has felt the first smart of each poisoned arrow. He keeps the city whose walls are strong and whose gates are well secured. Look to Him for divine support, and make your approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to hide His face. As Job learned when God spoke to him, a fresh sight of the Lord humbles us and strengthens us, so that we abhor sin and repent and find our refuge in Him.

May the Lord keep you, establish you in His grace, and bring you with joy into the assembly of His people on the Lord's day. May He load you daily with His benefits and cause you and your son to know more and more the forgiveness, freedom and favor that are found in Christ alone.

We commend you to His faithful care, praying that you will continue to look unto Jesus for all things, for He is alive and is your familiar Friend. Amen.
