Praise and prayer request. A praise that we have more time to move. Spoke to lawyer today and Realtor cannot force me to move out on short notice. State law requires written notice to terminate rental agreement and I have not been given one. Please pray for the handling of the situation. The Realtor is a believer and has become a friend but her ignorance and neglect of the law has created an uncomfortable situation where I have to stand my ground legally to protect my rights and those of my household. I have to inform the Realtor we will not be vacating house on closing date and by law are not required to, which effectively is telling her she is ignorant of law and has neglected to follow it. This will also no doubt be upsetting to the buyer. Pray I would be able to do it in a Godly way but also stand my ground and not get pushed around. Pray everyone will play nice.
