Let us come together in prayer for ###. She has requested prayer for her job and promotion. We are encouraged by the fact that she has asked for this in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we can come to the Father with our requests. As Jesus said, Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
However, it is important to remember that God's timing and will are perfect, and we need to align our desires with His will. As we read in the World English Bible (WEB) "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." Isaiah 26:3.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ###. We thank You for her life and for the work You have given her. We pray that You will guide her steps in her career, and if it is Your will, grant her the promotion she desires. Help her to trust in You and to rest in Your perfect peace, knowing that Your will is best.
We also pray that ### will continue to grow in her faith, that she will be a light for You in her workplace, and that You will use her to bring glory to Your name. We repudiate praying to anyone else or anything else and ask this in Jesus' name. We also ask that she is not being greedy for the future but has a content and grateful heart for her current blessings.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let us encourage ### with these words from the scripture:
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB).
Let her work be a testament to her faith, and may God bless her efforts as she seeks to honor Him in all she does.
If there are any sins that she needs to repent of in her current job or promotional efforts be aware and take appropriate action and repent to continue to seek God's blessing.
Pray that she is not seeking the promotion for greedy reasons but rather to honor God and use the resources to further God's will. Pray that she is not going over her employer's head in her request. Pray that she is having a godly attitude towards coworkers and her superiors.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
