We understand that you're seeking prayer for a promotion in your job, and we're here to intercede on your behalf and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in Jesus' name. It's only by His name that we can approach God, by His name we are saved.
As followers of Christ, we are encouraged by the following scripture to strive to do our best in work. Let's pray that you will demonstrate excellence in your workplace and that those who have the ability to promote you recognize your efforts. Let's pray that the Lord will give you favor as He did for Joseph in the book of Genesis.
In Genesis chapter 39, we learn the story of Joseph. He was in a servant position but he did not let his circumstance affect his diligence. Joseph worked so hard that Potiphar noticed it and "left all that he had in Joseph's hand. He didn't concern himself with anything, except for the food which he ate" Genesis 39:6 WEB.
We pray,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister ###. We thank You for Your provision in her life and for the job You've blessed her with. We humbly ask for Your favor upon her work. We pray for her to have wisdom, integrity, and excellence in her tasks so that she may find favor with her superiors, and ultimately with You. We pray for the promotion she desires, but most importantly, we pray for Your will to be done in her life.
We pray that she will be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around her. We pray that she will always seek to do her best. We ask You to guide her examples ### to the promotion if it is in Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As you wait on the Lord's response, continue to trust in Him and keep working diligently. Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, and you will see the promotion if it is God's will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
