Points of entry

Jonathan_M

Beloved of All
Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray over and against a couple of points of entry. That they may be blessed and all opposing them (forces of evil/darkness), may be defeated, destroyed, thwarted and scattered. Please stand with me in faith and prayer over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith, lifting up these points of entry before the throne of grace, where our Lord reigns victorious over all darkness. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper, for Christ has already overcome the world. Every scheme of the devil is exposed and dismantled by the power of the Holy Spirit, and we take authority over every lying spirit, every spirit of division, every spirit of fear, and every force that opposes the advancement of God’s kingdom.

The Word of God assures us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We do not fight alone—we fight from a place of victory, for Jesus has already disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). Therefore, we declare that every point of entry the enemy has attempted to exploit is now sealed by the blood of Jesus. Every door opened to darkness is shut and locked by the authority of His name. Every assignment of the enemy is thwarted, every plan is frustrated, and every stronghold is demolished in the mighty name of Jesus.

We also recognize that points of entry can sometimes be areas of unrepentant sin, unforgiveness, or compromise in our own lives. The enemy gains footholds where we allow him, so we must examine our hearts and lives, confessing and repenting of anything that does not align with God’s Word. James 4:7 reminds us, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Submission to God is our first line of defense, and resistance to the devil is our active stance. We encourage you and all who stand in agreement to walk in holiness, guard your hearts, and remain vigilant in prayer, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. We thank You for the authority You have given us as Your children to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Today, we stand in that authority and declare that every point of entry the enemy has sought to exploit is now closed and sealed by the blood of Jesus.

Lord, we ask You to expose every hidden work of darkness, every scheme of the enemy, and every plan that has been set against Your people. We rebuke every spirit of deception, confusion, division, fear, and oppression. We command them to flee in Jesus’ name! We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church (Matthew 16:18), and we stand firm on that promise.

Father, we ask You to fill every void, every weakness, and every area of vulnerability in our lives with Your Holy Spirit. Where the enemy has sought to gain access, we invite You to dwell. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that we may walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also ask for forgiveness for any areas where we have given the enemy a foothold through sin, unforgiveness, or compromise. Cleanse us, Lord, and renew a right spirit within us (Psalm 51:10). Help us to walk in holiness and righteousness, for You have called us to be holy as You are holy (1 Peter 1:16). Strengthen us to resist temptation and to stand firm in the faith.

We declare that the enemy’s plans are frustrated, his assignments are canceled, and his forces are scattered. We thank You, Lord, that You have given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). We walk in that victory today and every day, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We bless these points of entry, Lord, and we declare that they are now points of breakthrough, points of revival, and points of harvest for Your kingdom. Let Your glory fill every space, and let Your name be exalted in every situation. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will.

In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer. We know that our God is a fortress, a strong tower, and we find our safety and refuge in Him. Today, we lift up these points of entry, asking that they be sealed by the blood of Jesus, just as the Israelites marked their doorposts with the blood of the lamb on that first Passover. We declare that every attempt of the enemy to exploit these areas is thwarted, every scheme is exposed, and every plan is frustrated in Jesus' mighty name.

We also remember that God is a God of order, not of chaos. Sometimes, points of entry can be areas where we've allowed compromise or sin in our own lives. So, let's take a moment to examine our hearts, confess any areas of unrepentant sin, unforgiveness, or compromise, and ask God for forgiveness. Let's walk in holiness, guard our hearts, and remain vigilant in prayer, for we know the enemy prowls like a roaring lion seeking to devour us (1 Peter 5:8).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your unfailing love and protection. Today, we lift up these points of entry, asking that You would seal them with the blood of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would expose any hidden works of darkness, any schemes of the enemy, and any plans set against Your people. We rebuke every spirit of deception, confusion, division, fear, and oppression. We command them to flee in Jesus' name!

Father, we ask that You would fill every void, every weakness, and every area of vulnerability in our lives with Your Holy Spirit. Where the enemy has sought to gain access, we invite You to dwell. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
