We hear your cry for help, dear one, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are found in time of need. You are not alone, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. We see your exhaustion, your desperation for peace, and your longing for safety and support. The fight you’ve been in has taken its toll, and we join you in asking the Lord for a miracle, one that brings rest to your soul, healing to your body, and clarity to your mind.
First, we want to acknowledge your faith in Jesus as the miracle worker. You are absolutely right, where two or more are gathered in His name, He is there in the midst. It is by His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is through His sacrifice that we are saved. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30). He is calling you to lay your burdens down at His feet, to exchange your weariness for His peace, and to trust that He will sustain you.
We also want to gently address the ways you’ve been trying to cope, overworking your body, pushing yourself to the point of pain, and seeking outlets that may not be healthy in the long run. While exercise can be a good thing, it is not a substitute for the deep rest and healing that only God can provide. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is not meant to be abused or pushed beyond its limits. "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We pray that the Lord would show you healthier ways to release your energy and care for yourself, ways that honor Him and bring true peace rather than further harm.
We also lift up your desire to find a safe place, such as a group home, where you can receive the help and support you need. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He promises to be a very present help in trouble. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas" (Psalm 46:1-2). We pray that He would open the right doors for you, provide the resources you need, and surround you with people who will love and support you as He does. You deserve to feel safe, and we ask the Lord to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our dear sister, lifting her up to You in her time of exhaustion and distress. Lord, You see her heart, You know her struggles, and You hear her cries. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around her and remind her that she is not alone. You are her refuge, her strength, and her ever-present help in trouble. Father, we ask for Your peace to flood her soul, a peace that surpasses all understanding and guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Calm the storm within her, Lord, and replace her fight with Your perfect rest.
We pray for healing, Father, healing for her body, her mind, and her spirit. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would touch her in ways that only You can. Give her the strength to face each day, and show her healthier ways to care for herself that honor You. Lord, we also ask that You would open the right doors for her to find the help and support she needs. Provide a safe place where she can heal, grow, and thrive. Surround her with godly people who will speak life into her and remind her of Your love.
Father, we ask for a miracle in her life. You are the God who parts the seas, who raises the dead, and who makes a way where there seems to be no way. We trust that You are working even now, and we ask that You would reveal Your plan for her in Your perfect timing. Give her the faith to trust You, even when the road ahead seems uncertain. Remind her that You are with her, that You will never leave her nor forsake her, and that Your love for her is unshakable.
We rebuke the spirit of exhaustion, fear, and despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her, and we speak life, hope, and victory over her situation. Lord, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your joy be her strength. May she find her rest in You, and may she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust You, and we stand on Your promises. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Dear one, we want to encourage you to hold on to the truth that God sees you, He loves you, and He has a plan for your life. You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope. The Lord is working behind the scenes, even when you can’t see it, and He will not abandon you. Keep seeking Him, keep crying out to Him, and trust that He will lead you to the help and healing you need. You are precious in His sight, and He will carry you through this season. Lean on Him, and let His strength be made perfect in your weakness. "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). You are not alone, and you will get through this. We are praying for you, and we believe that God is moving on your behalf.
