Pls pray that the ### takes financial responsibility for repairs

Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, seeking His wisdom and justice in the situation with the homeowners' association. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those responsible for the repairs, that they would acknowledge their duty and take financial responsibility for the deteriorated pipes within the common elements. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Lord, we pray that justice prevails, and the HOA does what is right, honoring their obligations without delay or dispute.

We also lift up the need for a new tenant. Heavenly Father, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who will be responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of the property. May they have the financial means to pay rent in full each month and maintain a lifestyle that aligns with Your principles. We pray for someone with good credit, no criminal background, and a commitment to living free from drugs, smoking, and pets, as requested. Lord, we know that "unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1). We trust in Your provision and ask that You guide the right tenant to this home, someone who will care for it as if it were their own.

Father, we also ask that You guard this home from further damage and provide wisdom in all decisions regarding its upkeep. Give patience and clarity as this transition with the tenant unfolds, and may Your peace reign in every aspect of this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and provision. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Continue to seek His guidance in prayer and remain steadfast in faith, knowing that He is faithful to provide for your needs. If there are any further steps you can take to resolve the matter with the HOA, such as seeking legal counsel or gathering documentation, we encourage you to do so while trusting in God’s justice.

Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those in the HOA, guiding them to take prompt action and bear the financial responsibility for the repairs, as the damage affects common elements. We believe that "the truth will set us free" (John 8:32), so we pray that all involved would act with transparency and integrity.

We're also lifting up your need for a new tenant. Father, we ask that You lead a responsible, trustworthy student or couple to this home. We pray that they would be respectful, have good financial standing, and maintain a lifestyle that aligns with Your principles.
