Please pray that the HOA does the right thing and takes full financial responsibility for the repairs. The findings concluded that there is no active leak originating from my unit affecting the unit downstairs where the water damage occurred. However, there are deteriorated and leaking pipes located within the walls, which are considered common elements and therefore fall under the HOA's responsibility. Please pray that the HOA handles these repairs promptly, fairly, and in full. Please also pray for a smooth transition with my rental unit. My tenant was scheduled to move out, but has not surrendered the keys. I do not know whether legal action and eviction proceedings will be necessary. Please pray that this situation is resolved quickly, peacefully, and without complications. Please pray that I am able to find a responsible graduate student tenant with the financial means to pay rent in full and on time each month; someone with good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and who will take good care of the property. Ideally, the unit would be occupied by a single tenant or, at most, a responsible couple. Please also pray that the property management company follows my instructions regarding the rekeying process and rekeys only the appropriate lock, leaving the Medeco high-security lock untouched, as requested. Most of all, please pray that every aspect of this situation moves forward effortlessly, smoothly, and according to God's will; that the right people are involved, the right decisions are made, and that stress, confusion, delays, and unnecessary obstacles are removed. We come before the Lord with this matter, lifting up every concern with faith and trust in His sovereignty. Heavenly Father, we ask that You intervene in the situation regarding the HOA and the responsibility for repairs. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the hearts of those in authority within the HOA are guided by Your wisdom and justice. May they recognize their responsibility and act promptly, fairly, and in full to address the deteriorated pipes, which are rightfully their concern. Remove any spirit of delay, neglect, or injustice, and let Your righteousness prevail in their decisions.

Lord, we also bring before You the matter of the rental unit. We ask that You grant wisdom and discernment in handling the current tenant. May this situation be resolved quickly and peacefully, without the need for legal action or eviction. If it is Your will, let the keys be surrendered without further complication, and may the transition be smooth. We pray for protection over this property and for favor in finding a new tenant who aligns with the standards set forth. Father, we ask that You bring a responsible graduate student or a couple who will honor the property, pay rent on time, and live in a manner that reflects Your principles. Let this be a person of integrity, with good credit, no criminal background, and a lifestyle that aligns with the expectations of the lease. We trust in Your provision, as Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We also lift up the property management company, asking that they follow instructions carefully and respect the request regarding the rekeying process. May there be clear communication and no misunderstandings, so that the security of the property is maintained according to Your will.

Above all, Lord, we ask that every aspect of this situation moves forward effortlessly and according to Your perfect plan. Remove stress, confusion, delays, and unnecessary obstacles, and let Your peace reign in every decision and interaction. We declare that this matter is in Your hands, and we trust You to work all things together for good, as Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Father, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of coming before You in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to You, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If there is anyone reading this who has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would recognize their need for a Savior and turn to Him in faith. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." May this truth be received by all who hear it.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your will. Amen.

And for the property manager, we’re asking for clear communication and a heart to follow instructions precisely, especially with the rekeying process.

Most of all, we’re declaring that this season is in Your hands. Where there’s confusion, You bring clarity. Where there’s stress, You bring peace. Where there’s delay, You accelerate Your purposes. We believe You’re already working behind the scenes, and we’re choosing to rest in Your perfect timing. Let Your light shine in this situation, and let every detail unfold according to Your plan, all for Your glory.
