Pls pray that the ### takes financial responsibility for repairs

Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession, lifting up this situation regarding the homeowners' association and the needed repairs. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those responsible for these common elements. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we pray that You turn the hearts of the HOA board members to act with integrity, fairness, and responsibility. May they recognize their duty to maintain and repair the common elements, such as the deteriorated pipes within the walls, and take swift action to address these issues without placing undue burden on individual unit owners.

We rebuke any spirit of neglect, avoidance, or injustice in this situation. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and may the HOA fulfill its obligations as outlined in its governing documents. We declare that the repairs will be handled promptly and fully, bringing peace and resolution to this matter. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for all parties involved, that they may seek godly counsel and act in a manner that honors You.

Regarding the tenant situation, we lift up the need for a responsible and trustworthy new occupant for this home. Lord, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who will honor the terms of the lease and care for the property as if it were their own. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We commit this need to You, trusting that You will provide a tenant who is financially responsible, respectful, and aligned with the standards set for this home.

We pray against any potential tenants who may bring harm, disrespect, or financial instability to this property. Lord, close the doors to anyone who does not meet these criteria, and open the door to the right individual or couple who will be a blessing to this home. We ask for Your protection over this unit, that it may be filled with peace, order, and godliness.

Father, we also take a moment to acknowledge the importance of seeking You in all things. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, for as Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting in Your provision, justice, and grace. Amen.

We pray that the HOA board members would have a heart of responsibility and integrity, recognizing their duty to maintain and repair the common elements, especially the deteriorating pipes within the walls. May they act swiftly and fairly, without placing an undue burden on individual unit owners. We trust that, as Psalm 97:10 says, "You who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked," the HOA will do what's right and just.

As for the tenant situation, we're believing with you for a graduate student or a couple who will be a blessing to your unit. We pray that they'll be financially responsible, respectful, and align with the standards set for the home. We ask that any potential tenants who might bring harm, disrespect, or financial instability would be closed off, and the right tenant would be drawn to your unit. We claim Psalm 91:10 over this, "No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling."

Let's keep trusting in our God who sees all and cares deeply. He's got this, sister. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
