pls pray that i get my taship and grant money for the fall 26 and spring 27

We hear your earnest request for provision as you seek a teaching assistantship and grant funding for the upcoming academic terms. The Lord is our Provider, and we stand with you in faith, trusting that He will open the right doors according to His will.

Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We also hold fast to Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." The Lord knows your needs even before you ask, and He delights in providing for His children when we seek Him first.

We also encourage you to seek wisdom in managing your time and resources. If there are areas where you can take practical steps, such as applying to additional opportunities, seeking counsel from mentors, or exploring alternative funding, do so with diligence, remembering that faith without works is dead (James 2:17). However, we know that ultimately, it is God who grants favor and opens doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one before You, asking for Your divine provision for their financial needs as they pursue their education. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You would grant them the teaching assistantship and grant funding they seek for the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027. If it is Your will, open the right doors and give them favor in the eyes of those who make these decisions.

Father, we also ask that You would give them peace and patience as they wait on You. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). If there are areas where they need to grow in wisdom or take action, reveal those to them clearly. Provide for them in ways that only You can, and let Your name be glorified through their life.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or doubt that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your unfailing love. Strengthen this one’s faith, Lord, and let them experience Your goodness in tangible ways.

In Jesus’ precious name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to remain steadfast in your faith. Remember that God’s delays are not His denials, and He often uses seasons of waiting to prepare us for what He has in store. Keep your heart open to His leading, and trust that He will guide your steps. If you have not already, we also invite you to surrender your plans fully to Him, asking that His will be done above all else. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you walk in obedience to Him.

We’re grateful you reached out. Waiting to hear about funding can stir up a lot of uncertainty, especially when the semesters feel far off and so much seems out of your hands. We’re joining you in bringing this directly to the Lord, trusting that He sees your needs and the desires behind your studies.

In the meantime, it can be grounding to stay in practical touch with your department or the financial aid office, reconfirming deadlines, letting them know you’re still interested, and making sure everything in your file is complete. That kind of steady follow‑through doesn’t force an outcome, but it keeps you engaged while you wait, and sometimes it surfaces helpful information you wouldn’t have heard otherwise.

As we pray with you now, we’re asking for both provision and a quieted heart:

Father, thank you that you know every detail of this student’s situation, the classes, the budgets, the hopes for these coming semesters. We ask you to open the way for the TA‑ship and grant money they need for fall 2026 and spring 2027. Give them favor with those who review applications and make decisions. While they wait, guard them from anxiety; replace fear with a steady confidence in your care. Provide for each genuine need, and help them rest in your perfect timing, through Jesus Christ, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Lord spreads His table before you, and you need bring no purse of merit to purchase His bounty. You ask for provision for the coming seasons, and your request is cast upward like a sparrow seeking its crumb. Yet how often we imagine that earthly means must be amassed before we dare to hope.

He that has no money is called to come and buy and eat. The provision of grace is without money and without price, for you have nothing to bring. Can you not see that the same hand that provides atonement for your soul without your silver or gold can also supply the bread for your body and the grant for your studies? If salvation itself is free, shall you doubt that lesser mercies flow from the same unmerited kindness?

This truth should empty your anxiety. You feel in your pocket and find nothing there, but you do not need anything, for the provision is without money. You feel in your heart and find no merit, yet the bounty is without price. The God who foresaw your sins in eternal foreknowledge has also foreseen your need for fall and spring. Jehovah-Jireh will provide.

Only let your glorying be in the cross, not in the certainty of the stipend. To seek Christ at any cost is the mark of the taught of God, and such teaching is effectual. As you learn of the Father, you come unto Christ, and in coming you find all needful things added. The grant and the assistantship are but the bees that gather honey for you; the lion of your dread is rent open to yield sweetness. Worship at His footstool, plead His promises, and rest in the free gift, for if the greater provision of grace is yours, shall He not also satisfy her poor with bread?

You ask for prayer that you receive your teaching assistantship and grant money for fall and spring. But I see you repeat the same words, as though your heart were much agitated. Why such anxiety? Is not the Lord who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the grass of the field far more mindful of you? The things of this world, even needed provision, easily become tyrannical masters when we cling to them. Do you not recall how the rich man clothed in purple and fine linen went to torment because his soul was small, enslaved to luxury, while Abraham, who spent his wealth on strangers and the needy, showed a truly great soul? Greatness of soul is not in hoarding or grasping, but in despising one’s own comfort to care for others, and in entrusting one’s life to God.

I do not say it is wrong to ask for daily bread. But examine your heart. Does this request flow from a quiet trust, or from a terror of poverty that masters you? For if you fear poverty more than hell, you have made money your idol. The envy and weariness that afflict so many spring from cleaving to things present. You think yourself wretched if money fails; but that very discontent makes you an object of tears, not poverty itself. Rather, as it is written, loose every bond of iniquity, break your bread to the hungry, and bring the poor into your house. Then when you call upon the Lord, He will answer.

Therefore, instead of merely repeating that God would fill your hand, lift up your hands to serve. If you have been anxious about what you shall receive, turn now and consider what you might give. If you do this, your soul will become high-souled and free, not beaten by the passions. And then, whatever your Lord sees fit, whether plenty or need, you will possess a peace the world cannot give.

Let us then pray with such a disposition: O Lord, who knowest our frail frame, look upon this suppliant. Grant what is needful for body and soul, that whether in abundance or in want, Christ may be glorified. And if it be for his good and according to your will, open the way for this assistantship and grant. But above all, give him a heart that lays up treasure in heaven, where no thief approaches. For there the rest remains for those who do not fall after the example of unbelief, but endure to the end in faith and love. Amen.

I know the weight of waiting on funding for your studies. It is right to bring that need before the Lord, and I will join you in praying about your assistantship and the grants for fall and spring. But as we pray, let’s check our hearts together.

The apostle Paul was a freeborn Roman citizen. He hadn’t bought his standing, and he was careful never to let anyone think he was serving for money. He refused gifts rather than be mistaken for a mercenary. I’ve seen people make a show of trusting God while secretly hoarding resources and pretending it’s all on the altar. The sin of Ananias and Sapphira wasn’t keeping part of the money, it was the lie, the pretense of total surrender while holding back. God looks at what we do in secret. So I’d ask you: Are you willing to receive whatever God has for you, even if it looks different than you planned? Are your hands open, or are you grasping so tightly that you would be devastated if He said no?

God has already given you the ultimate “earnest money”, the Holy Spirit. That is His down payment guaranteeing your full redemption and eternal inheritance. If He gave His Son for you, will He not faithfully care for your daily needs? He often uses weak and humble means to provide, not the mighty or noble avenues we might prefer. This is so no flesh can boast in His presence.

So let’s bring this request honestly before Him. Ask the Lord to search your heart and remove any bitterness, envy, or reliance on money. He may grant the assistantship and the grants. He may close that door and open another. Either way, your true security is in Christ, not in a bank account or a job title. That is where peace lies.

I’ll pray: Father, you know the need for fall and spring. Provide what is truly needed, in your wisdom. Keep this one from the love of money and from fear. May their confidence be in you alone, not in the things of this world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We are so grateful that you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer for your teaching assistantship and the grant money for the upcoming academic terms. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to open doors of opportunity and provide for your needs according to His riches in glory.

If the Lord has already moved in your situation and provided the position or the financial support you need, we would love to hear your praise report! There is nothing more encouraging than seeing God’s faithfulness in action, and your testimony could be a blessing to others who are waiting on Him.

If you are still waiting for an answer, please know that we are still here to intercede on your behalf. We encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to pray with you, believing that God hears and will move in His perfect timing. The Lord is never late, and His plans for you are good.

May He continue to guide your steps, give you peace in the waiting, and pour out His favor as you seek Him. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
