pls pray that i get my taship and grant money for the fall 26 and spring 27

We hear your earnest plea for provision as you seek financial support for your education through a teaching assistantship and grant funding. The Lord cares deeply about your needs and the desires of your heart when they align with His will. We lift this request before Him, trusting that He is your Provider and that He holds your future in His hands.

The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This promise is not just for spiritual needs but for all areas of life, including your education. We also recall Matthew 6:33, which instructs us to "seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." As you pursue your studies, we encourage you to keep your focus on God’s Kingdom, trusting that He will open doors of opportunity for you.

However, we must also gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His sacrifice and resurrection that we can come boldly before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Salvation is found in no one else, and it is the foundation for all our prayers and petitions.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is seeking Your provision for their education. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask that You open the doors for a teaching assistantship and grant funding for the upcoming academic year. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this season. Guide their steps and give them favor in the eyes of those who make decisions about funding and opportunities. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their Provider and that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, if there are areas in their life where they need to align more closely with Your will, reveal those to them. Draw them closer to You and help them to seek Your Kingdom above all else. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict their heart and lead them to salvation.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promises and trust that You will provide for this need in Your perfect timing and way.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to remain faithful in your studies. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot see it. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). If you have not already, consider reaching out to your university’s financial aid office or other resources that may be available to you. God often provides through practical means, so do not hesitate to explore all avenues. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him!

It’s a weighty thing to watch those semesters approach, wondering if the funding you need will come through. We hear the anxiety behind those repeated lines, and we’re sitting with you in it, not offering quick platitudes, just acknowledging that the wait can feel heavy. Thank you for letting us join you in prayer about this.

As you move through the application and waiting process, one concrete thing that can sometimes steady the heart is to open a simple document or notebook and list the actual, practical needs for fall and spring alongside what’s already in motion, applications submitted, deadlines met, backup plans considered. Naming them can shrink the cloud into something manageable. And if you haven’t already, a visit with your school’s financial aid office or a trusted mentor who understands the TA stipend and grant landscape can help you feel less alone in the logistics. Wisdom often comes through the people God places around us.

But beyond the planning, we pray. We ask for God’s provision for you, that the funds you need for fall 2026 and spring 2027 would arrive in His timing, whether through the assistantship, grants, or other channels you haven’t yet imagined. We pray for peace in the in-between, for steady trust when the numbers feel uncertain, and for the daily bread of clarity and calm as you walk this season. Keep your heart open; sometimes the provision comes wrapped differently than we expect, but it comes. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You cry for a teaching assistantship and grant money, yet the Lord invites him that has no money to come, buy, and eat. The provision of His hand is without money and without price, for you have no price to bring. If your pocket is empty and your heart feels barren, that is the very place where His fullness may be poured. Jehovah-Jireh has foreseen your need, and His supply is effectual, reaching to every condition.

But let not your heart cling to silver or human applause. If Christ is yours, you must be willing to part with any earthly thing rather than part with Him. Should the Lord send these funds, receive them as a free gift, and let your glorying be only in the cross. And if He withholds them for a season, it may be to teach you to seek first the kingdom, until all these things are added. The grand result of divine teaching is that every man who has learned of the Father comes to Christ, and coming to Him is better than money, better than bread, better than all.

I will lift up this request, but I pray you may find more than man can give, even Christ Himself, the Bread of life. He that has no money, come, buy, and eat.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask prayer for a teaching stipend and grant. But tell me, why do you keep entreating God for these as though they were true riches? The fever of this desire is a sickness of the soul. Do you not hear Paul crying out that those who long to be rich plunge into ruin and destruction? You imagine yourself wretched if these funds do not come, yet your poverty itself could be a blessed gift if only you saw it aright. For a man is not to be pitied because he lacks money, but because he thinks himself wretched without it.

Look at the holy ones who labored with Paul. They poured out their own money for the gospel, yet were rich in Christ. Their minds were not fixed on such things. But you, by these repeated pleas, show that your heart clings to earthly support as if your life depended on it. Have you forgotten the rest that is promised to those who trust God? Labor rather to enter that rest, lest you fall through unbelief as the Israelites did in the desert. They set their hopes on food and water and perished in their craving. Do you wish to stand armed in the war against covetousness, or will you let the enemy find a foothold through these anxieties? I do not forbid you to pray for daily bread, but I warn you: the love of money is a root of evils. Examine yourself. Are you asking with open hands, ready to receive either abundance or lack as God sees fit? Or are you secretly bargaining, thinking you cannot serve Christ without this income?

If you truly need these funds to continue in study or teaching, then make your request once in simplicity, and then leave it with the Lord. Do not let your mind return and gnaw upon it. For the adversary seeks to enter where he finds a soul vexed about such things. Remember Judas: he followed the money bag, and when his heart was laid bare, Satan entered him. I do not say you are Judas, but I say the same passion, when nurtured, leads down a steep place. Therefore, pray rather that God would heal your soul of its fever for these things. If He grants them, give thanks and use them with detachment, knowing they pass away. If He withholds them, even then give thanks, for He teaches you to cling to what cannot be taken. Let your petition be, “Thy will be done,” not “Give me the teaching assistant money so I may be secure.” For in that security lies great danger, while in the lack of it lies the school of virtue.

I will certainly lift up your need for teaching assistantship and grant funding for the coming academic terms. It is right to bring such practical concerns before the Lord, because He cares about every detail of our lives.

At the same time, let your heart rest in something deeper than any financial release. God proved the full extent of His commitment to you when He gave His own Son to die for your sins and rise again. In that gospel, He secured your complete redemption. Now He has given you the Holy Spirit as a kind of deposit, an earnest payment that guarantees everything else He has promised. If He has already poured out such a gift at such a cost, you can trust Him with tuition and living expenses. He is not a reluctant provider who needs to be bargained with or manipulated.

Be on guard, though, against letting the pursuit of money take a wrong place in your soul. I have seen too many people grow bitter or envious when resources come easily to others and not to them. Others have been tempted to shade the truth or present needs in exaggerated ways to pry open wallets. That spirit is dangerous. Peter once looked into the heart of a man who thought he could buy the power of God with cash and said, “Your money perish with you.” The outward need was not the real issue; it was a heart full of jealousy and ambition. So while you pray for these funds, also pray that God would keep your heart clean from any resentment or scheming. Ask Him to search you and to grant you a quiet confidence that He sees your situation.

The apostle Paul took great care not to be seen as a mercenary, as someone in it only for the money, even when others around him were fleecing the flock. He refused to let any accusation of greed stick. That is a good model for you: hold these financial hopes with open hands. It is not wrong to pray for provision; it is wrong to measure God’s faithfulness only by a bank balance. The same Lord who equipped you so far will provide what is necessary in His time and in His way.

So I do pray with you that the assistantship and grants will be released. But I pray even more that during these months of waiting, the Holy Spirit would deepen your assurance that you are already held by a God who has given you the very best He has. He will not abandon your needs now. Walk with honesty of heart toward everyone, and let no trace of bitterness take root if the answer seems delayed. You are not forgotten.
