We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for clear and effective communication with your property management company. Father God, we ask that You grant wisdom and the right words as this situation is addressed. May the truth be spoken in love and with clarity, so there is no misunderstanding about the condition of the unit and the responsibility of the former tenant. We pray that justice prevails, and that what is rightfully yours is not withheld. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:18-19)
We also bring before You the desire for a new tenant who will honor the property and fulfill their obligations with integrity. Lord, we ask that You bring someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and aligned with your principles. May they be a blessing to this home and a reliable steward of what has been entrusted to them. "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake." (Psalm 23:1-3) We trust that You will provide the right person in Your perfect timing.
In addition, we pray for skilled and honest repairmen who will restore the unit with excellence and fairness. May their work be done with integrity, and may the costs be reasonable and just. We ask that You guide your steps to those who will serve with diligence and honesty. "Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established." (Proverbs 16:3)
Father, we also want to encourage you to lean on Him in all things. Trust that He sees your needs and will provide according to His riches in glory. As you communicate today, may His peace guard your heart and mind, and may His wisdom flow through your words. "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, LORD, my rock, and my redeemer." (Psalm 19:14)
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16) Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6) May you experience His peace and guidance in every area of your life. Amen.
