Beloved of All
pls pray the the property repairs go smoothly. That there is clear communication bw myself and the prop management co and that circumstances are in my favor. Pls pray that i find great repairs for great prices. My nephew said he'd help with painting, pls pray that he keeps his word, does a great job and charges me a low fee-yet a good one for his work. Pls pray all repairs go smoothly and i am able to clean it up nicely and that my home is safe from trespassers/intruders--those who are not allowed on my property. Pls pray that I find a great tenant who is good and respectable to my unit. That this tenant is a non smoker, non drug user, no criminal background, excellent credit and pays in full per month. Thank u.

We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting up every detail of your property repairs and the desires of your heart. Father, we ask that You go before this work, smoothing every step and removing every obstacle. May Your peace govern the communication between all parties involved, and may Your favor rest upon these circumstances so that they unfold according to Your perfect will. Lord, we pray for wisdom in finding skilled and honest repair people who will provide quality work at fair prices, reflecting Your provision and integrity.

We also bring your nephew before You, asking that You strengthen his commitment and integrity. May he keep his word and perform his work with excellence, honoring both you and himself through his labor. Father, we ask that You bless his efforts and that the compensation he receives is just and satisfying for both of you.

Lord, we pray for protection over your property, that it would be safeguarded from trespassers and intruders. Let Your angels encamp around it, keeping it secure in every way. We also ask that You prepare the heart of a tenant who will honor and respect your home. Father, bring someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and aligned with the qualities you’ve described, someone who will care for the property as if it were their own. May this tenant be a blessing to you, reflecting the goodness and faithfulness You desire in all Your children.

Heavenly Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust that You will provide in ways that exceed our expectations. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done in every aspect of this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

We encourage you to lean on Proverbs 3:5-6, which reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and trust that He is working all things together for your good. May you experience His peace and provision in abundance as you move forward.

We hear you, that’s a lot to hold at once, and it makes sense to feel the weight of each part. We’re praying with you, especially for the repairs to go smoothly and for clear, straightforward communication with the property management company. Those things set the tone for so much else.

Something that often helps in situations like this is to get everything in writing, repair quotes, timelines, agreements, so there’s a paper trail if clarity gets foggy. It’s a practical way to guard the “clear communication” you’re asking for. And when it comes to finding reliable, affordable workers, getting a couple of estimates can give you peace of mind that you’re landing on a fair price. We’ll be asking God to guide you to honest, skilled help.

We’re also praying for your nephew, that he follows through with the painting and does it well, and that the arrangement feels fair to both of you. It’s a gift when family can step in, and we hope that part feels like a bright spot in the whole project.

For your safety and the property’s protection from trespassers, that’s a real concern. While we pray for God’s covering, it might be worth walking the property to check locks, lighting, and any easy access points, just to make sure everything is as secure as it can be.

And that tenant you’re describing: a respectful, responsible person who pays on time and keeps the place well. We’re lifting that up too. It’s not a small thing to entrust your property to someone else, and we’re asking God to bring the right renter when the time is right.

Let’s pray together:

Father, thank you that you care about every detail of our lives, including property repairs and honest communication. We ask that you smooth the way, give wisdom, good connections, and favor in every conversation. Help our friend’s nephew to keep his word and do excellent work. Protect this home from anyone who shouldn’t be there, and in your timing, lead a trustworthy tenant to this property. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is well that you have brought these matters before the throne of grace, for according to our tenure, our Great Landlord permits us to call upon Him to execute all repairs. Our circumstances are apt to grow straitened and He it is who gives us power to get wealth. He daily loads us with benefits. Therefore, with all your getting, get clear understanding and pray with confidence, for you can do nothing without that Spirit, that should make you despair of self, but you can do everything with that Spirit!

Set your house in order, not merely in timber and paint, but in your own soul first. A just tenant desires to restore to his landlord his property unhurt. So it is with the man who is right with God. He wishes that he may leave here on earth no trace of injury done to God, but many memorials of service rendered. Let there be clear communication, as far as lies in you, but take heed that your heart has no secret arrears with the Great Landlord. Pay your rent to the great Landlord and let the arrears be made up! Thrice is he armed that has his conscience clear.

This labor upon the property is a kind of home mission, and it must begin at home. Our Home Mission needs men who can pray, and you have done well to ask prayer for your nephew. Pray that he keeps his word and does his work as unto the Lord. And for the tenant you seek, one who is good and respectable, pray very specially, for it is not easy to keep a clear head when one is upon the top of a pinnacle. God can keep men in safety on the tops of pinnacles if He puts them there. That tenant’s soul is of more value than his credit score; therefore, see that you are clear of his blood by speaking a word in season, if the Lord opens the door.

You dread trespassers and long for safety. Remember, there is this clause in the lease, which I am afraid some have never observed, namely, that the Landlord has at all times the right to enter and leave His own property. Commit your dwelling to Him who is able to keep you from falling. Our safety lies in our Savior, God our Savior. So our safety is assured by the fact that we have a God who is able and is as wise as He is able to keep us from falling.

In all this, look for clear shining after rain. There must be rain, first, and clear shining afterwards. The repairs, the anxieties, the waiting, these are the showers. But oh, what clear shining after rain will there be when fresh paint dries and a godly household settles within those walls! What if no special text is laid home to your heart with overwhelming feeling? Yet here it stands, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. This demands no singular sensation, this is plain and clear enough. Only trust Him! Only trust Him!

Property repairs, favorable dealings, the help of a family member, safety from intruders, and a reputable tenant. These are the things that occupy your heart, and so you ask for prayer. It is right to bring your concerns before God, for He cares for our daily needs. Yet I must ask you, while you lay out these requests with such care and detail, where is your petition for the one thing truly necessary? You speak of smooth repairs, clear communication, and a tenant of excellent credit. These are all external things, loans for use, like a house you rent for a season. Think of how little use they truly are. For when you die, willingly or unwillingly, all you have goes to others. This wealth is not a possession; only the virtues of the soul are properly our own. You are so earnest for the body of your property to be secure, but what of the house of your soul? Are you as diligent to repair its breaches through repentance, to cleanse its stains through tears, to lock its doors against the trespassing thoughts of the evil one?

You pray your nephew keeps his word and charges a good price. A fair concern, but see that you do not hold him to a standard you do not first apply to yourself. Are your dealings with God so strictly accounted? Do you keep your word to Him with such precision? The body is not evil, but it can be an instrument of righteousness. Let your concern for fair labor be a mirror for the labor of your soul. Before you worry over the painting of your walls, look within. Use not filthy communication, is that difficult? If you blush to say a shameful thing before your wife, do you not blush to think it before God, who is everywhere present and hears all things? Let the repair of your home remind you to build the eternal mansions by sending alms and charity before you.

You fear trespassers and desire a safe home. But there is an intruder more dangerous than any thief in the night: the sudden coming of the Lord, which happens when the many are living in luxury, speaking of peace and safety, utterly insensible. Do not be caught off guard, like those in the days of Noah, attending to eating and drinking and marrying, until the flood came and took them all away. A secured home on earth is no defense if your heart is unsecured for heaven. Is your prayer merely for the safety of your property, or for the safety of your soul from the dominion of sin? For you have been freed from that chain, not so you can be listless, but so you can serve in newness of spirit.

You ask for a tenant of fine reputation. But examine yourself: are you a tenant of such quality in the house God has given you, this body and this life? Do you pay your due to the Lord in full each month, offering the rent of prayer, thanksgiving, and holy living? Or do you fall into arrears, giving Him only the leftovers of your time and thought? It is good to seek a respectable tenant for your property, but it is urgent that you be a faithful tenant of the grace given to you.

Do you notice how in all these requests, you have made no prayer that your will be aligned with God’s, but only that circumstances be in your favor? This is the prayer of a merchant, not a disciple. Christ did not teach us to seek favorable prices and smooth dealings above all, but to exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees or else be shut out of the kingdom. Remember the father who cried out, “If thou canst do anything, help us.” The Lord answered, “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” The more urgent question is not whether the repairs will go smoothly, but whether you truly believe. For with true faith, even you are able, through His power, to endure all manner of trials with thanksgiving.

You are pained in mind over these domestic matters, and you cry aloud. Yet it is the part of one exceedingly pained to pray silently, from the heart. Moses cried out without a voice and was heard. Hannah’s heart cried out and she received her request. Abel’s blood cried from the ground. Send up such a cry to God: not a clamorous list of fears and bargains, but a silent, burning plea for His mercy, that you may first be made a dwelling place for His Spirit before you fret over a dwelling place for a tenant. Do not admire these trifles. Raise your eyes to heaven, think of the riches there, and smile at the prospect of a worldly credit score, which compared to eternity is as a drop of water to a boundless ocean. Seek first the kingdom, and all these other matters will find their proper place, whether in provision or in the grace to endure their loss with a peaceful heart.

Your request carries the weight of many practical burdens at once, and it is right to bring them before the Lord who cares about every detail of our lives. The repairs, the communication, the finances, the safety of your home, and the search for a trustworthy tenant are all matters He invites you to place in His hands.

There is something deeper woven through these concerns, something the Scriptures illustrate powerfully. In the ancient law, when property was sold, two deeds were always drawn up. One was sealed and stored securely, and the other remained open, held by the seller. Within that open deed was a redemptive clause, a specified time in which the property could be bought back and restored to the family. If you could not redeem it yourself, a near kinsman could step in and pay the price so that the inheritance would not be lost forever. This was a matter of great importance, because losing the family possession was a sorrow, and regaining it was a cause for rejoicing.

Your home represents more than walls and a roof. It is a place of provision and legacy, and your desire to see it repaired, occupied by someone honorable, and kept safe from those who would trespass is a longing for stability and peace. But beyond the physical property, there is another dwelling the Lord is even more concerned about. The word of God speaks of Christ settling down and making Himself at home in our hearts. The idea is that He would be comfortable there, not encountering locked doors or hidden things that cause strain. When He looks around the rooms of your inner life, He desires to see a place where He is gladly welcomed and where His love becomes the root and grounding of everything else.

As you navigate the uncertainties of property management and your nephew’s willingness to help, remember that the Lord often uses those near to us to provide assistance at the right moment. Think of how the Apostle Paul’s own nephew overheard a plot against his life and warned him, setting in motion a chain of events that brought Paul safely under protection. Your nephew’s offer to paint could be a small but significant provision. Trust that God can move his heart to follow through and to treat you fairly.

Yet the deepest security you can know does not rest in a flawless tenant or a perfectly sealed door. Many in Jerusalem once thought their walls and their homes would protect them, only to find that true safety had already departed because their hearts were far from the Lord. External circumstances can shift overnight, but the one whose life is rooted and grounded in the love of Christ has a refuge that cannot be breached. That is where your ultimate peace must be anchored, not in whether the property management communicates perfectly or the repairs come in under budget.

So pray with confidence about the repairs, the costs, and the protection of your unit. Ask that the right tenant is brought to you, one who will respect the property and honor their obligations. But also ask the Lord to continue His work of making your own heart a place where He feels fully at home, where there is no tension or embarrassment, only the ease of a life surrendered to Him. When He dwells richly within you, you can face delays, difficult calls with the management company, or any other frustration with a steadiness that does not depend on favorable circumstances.

Your home will be cleaned and filled again. In the meantime, and long after, let your greater confidence be that you are securely held in a redemption that was purchased at immense cost, not with silver or gold, but by the blood of Christ. That redemption is final, and nothing can snatch you from it.
