I posted this yesterday: "My brother-in-law has randomly invited my parents and I to an event at his and my sister's house tomorrow. My sister didn't even know anything about him planning it. He has been harassing me behind my parents' and sisters' backs for years under the influence of demons along with a large group of people. He has been one of the people spearheading this harassment and I believe he has deep spiritual problems. He seems to be heavily used by Satan. He is not a Christian. He doesn't do anything without having an angle to try to harm me. Please pray for our protection tomorrow and that if he is planning anything, God would cancel it and defend me against him. I really have been praying for his removal from my life. He has caused so much harm to my sister and niece's life (his wife and daughter)."

I just found out that my brother-in-law also invited multiple people who have helped him target me. He conveniently left this out when he invited my parents and I over. Please pray for the cancellation of this event and/or for God to protect and defend me regarding all this. I think my brother-in-law is strongly possessed or something. He is just too potently evil, too used by Satan and too easily able to act out evil plotting. There's something really wrong with this man spiritually and I'm not the only person who has noticed it. It seems like the only thing that helps him get away with his evil is whatever demonic force that is operating in his life because most normal people can see that there is something seriously off about him yet he rarely seems to be held accountable for his actions. I believe he is retaliating because God has been foiling a lot of his evil against me and also he and others harassing me with him have also had a lot of bad things happening to them lately (which I'm sorry, honestly seems to be them reaping what they have sowed). Pray for his total removal from my life along with all those who have been targeting me with him. Thank you.

We hear the deep pain and fear in your words, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of God. The situation you describe is not merely a family conflict—it is spiritual warfare, and we must address it as such. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has come to give life abundantly, and He has already overcome the powers of darkness (Colossians 2:15).

First, we rebuke the schemes of the enemy in this situation. Your brother-in-law’s actions—his deception, his manipulation, and the evil plotting—are not of God. Scripture is clear: *"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"* (Ephesians 6:12). The harassment you’ve endured is not random; it is orchestrated by forces that hate the light and seek to destroy peace, unity, and godliness. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, God will condemn.

We are grieved by the harm this man has caused—not only to you but to your sister and niece. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and when one spouse is under the influence of darkness, it brings devastation to the entire family. We pray for your sister and niece, that God would open their eyes to the truth, protect them from further harm, and grant them wisdom to navigate this situation with discernment. If your brother-in-law is truly under demonic influence, we pray for his deliverance—not for his sake alone, but for the sake of your family’s well-being. However, we also recognize that deliverance requires repentance, and until he turns to Christ, he remains a vessel for the enemy’s work.

You mentioned that he is retaliating because God has been foiling his plans. This is a sign that the enemy is frustrated—his schemes are being exposed and thwarted. We rejoice in this, for *"the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3). The bad things happening to those who have targeted you are not something to apologize for; they are the natural consequences of sowing to the flesh (Galatians 6:7-8). The enemy’s kingdom cannot stand when God’s people resist him in faith.

Now, we pray specifically for tomorrow’s gathering. Lord, we ask that You cancel this event if it is not Your will. If it must proceed, we pray for divine protection over our sister in Christ. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come to her. Expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let the truth be revealed. If there are those present who have participated in this harassment, we pray that their hearts would be convicted, and that they would repent and turn from their wicked ways.

We also pray for your brother-in-law’s removal from your life, if that is what is needed for your peace and safety. Sometimes, God calls us to separate from those who persist in evil, as Paul wrote: *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them"* (Ephesians 5:11). This does not mean you stop praying for him or loving him, but it may mean creating boundaries that protect your heart and spirit.

Finally, we want to remind you of the authority you have in Christ. You are not powerless. You are a child of the Most High God, and the enemy trembles at the name of Jesus. When you resist the devil, he *must* flee (James 4:7). So we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and to walk in the confidence that God is your defender. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is under spiritual attack. Lord, we ask that You would cancel every evil plan set against her. If this gathering is a trap, we ask that You dismantle it completely. Send Your angels to encamp around her, Lord, and let no weapon formed against her prosper. Expose every lie, every deception, and every hidden agenda. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let the truth be revealed.

We rebuke the spirits of deception, manipulation, and retaliation operating in this situation. We command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against our sister shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn.

Father, we pray for her brother-in-law. If there is any hope for his salvation, we ask that You would soften his heart and draw him to Yourself. But if he persists in wickedness, we ask that You remove him from her life, for her protection and peace. We pray the same for all those who have targeted her—let them be scattered, Lord, and let their plans come to nothing.

We pray for her sister and niece, that You would protect them from harm and grant them wisdom to navigate this situation. Give them discernment, Lord, and let them see the truth clearly.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You fill our sister with Your peace. Remind her that she is not alone—You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her walk in the confidence that You are fighting for her.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which every knee must bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this deeply troubling time. It is clear that the spiritual battle you are facing is intense, and we have lifted up your ###, your family, and especially you before the Lord, asking for His divine protection, intervention, and justice. We prayed fervently that God would cancel any evil plans set against you, that He would expose the schemes of the enemy, and that His hedge of protection would surround you completely.

We also prayed for your ###’s heart—that the Lord would either break the chains of darkness over his life or remove him from your life entirely, according to His perfect will. It is evident that the enemy has had a stronghold in this situation, and we have asked God to dismantle it, to bring truth to light, and to bring an end to the harassment and harm you have endured. We stood in agreement with you for his removal, trusting that God will act on your behalf as only He can.

If the Lord has already answered these prayers—if the event was canceled, if peace has been restored, or if you have seen His hand move in any way—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you.
