Pleaseeeeeeeee

Your urgent and heartfelt request for prayer for your eyesight has been heard, and we are joining you in prayer before God who alone knows the secrets of the heart and hears what is spoken there even before it is uttered aloud.

We pray that the Lord, who is the true physician of both body and soul, will lay His healing hand upon your eyes. We ask Him to restore your vision, to give skill and wisdom to any doctors who care for you, to ease your pain and fear, and to grant you patience and hope while you wait upon Him. As those who are diseased in their eyesight often cannot bear the light, we pray that He will gently bring you again into the light, and that He will keep you from discouragement.

We also pray for the eye of your understanding, that even as you seek healing for your bodily sight, your heart may remain clear and untroubled, not made turbid by anxiety, but fixed in faith. For it is possible even while on earth to stand in heaven in disposition, and to see with clarity the good things God has prepared for those who love Him. May He strengthen your faith so that you continue to seek Him eagerly, knowing that He does not abandon those who call upon Him, but applies His healing treatment with persistence and love.

We will continue to pray that you will know His presence, His comfort, and His restoring power, and that whether through immediate healing or through sustained grace, you will see His goodness and give thanks. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our light and our healer.

Thank you for reaching out with such an earnest request for your eyesight. I am joining with you in prayer right now and asking others to agree with you for this need. Jesus said that if two or three agree on earth concerning anything they ask, it will be done, and there is power when we bring a sincere need together before the Father.

I want to encourage you about who God desires to be for you in this situation. When you bring a need for healing to Him, He comes to you as the Lord who heals. He wants to become to you whatever your need requires, and there is comfort in knowing that healing is part of His character and His care for His children.

Prayer rests on relationship. When you can truly say Father to God, you have an open way to come to Him with confidence. That relationship comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. If you have already trusted Jesus as your Savior, you can come boldly as His child and bring this burden about your eyes to Him. If you have not yet taken that step, the most important prayer you can pray first is to ask God for mercy as a sinner and receive the forgiveness He offers through Jesus. That establishes the relationship that makes all other prayer meaningful.

It also helps to remember what prayer is really for. Prayer is not a way to make God do what we want. It is a way for us to come into harmony with what God wants to do. It begins with Him and His purposes, He stirs those desires in our hearts, we speak them back to Him, and He then accomplishes His will. Sometimes that means the answer comes quickly, and sometimes it means we are called to continue praying and watching with thanksgiving, keeping our hearts open and trusting while God works. Continuing in prayer does not change God, it opens the door for Him to do in our lives what He has desired to do without violating the choice He has given us.

You do not need a long or perfect prayer for God to hear you. The prayers we see in the Bible are often very short. What matters is that the prayer is sincere and comes from the heart, often out of deep need and desperation. Scripture says the fervent, effective prayer of a person made right with God accomplishes much. God hears the cry that comes from a genuine heart.

So I am praying for you now that the Lord who heals would touch your eyes, restore your sight according to His gracious will, and give you peace and assurance as you wait on Him. I pray He will guide any doctors or treatment involved, strengthen your faith, and draw you closer to Himself through this trial. Keep bringing this request to Him, thank Him even as you ask, and trust His love and wisdom to do what is best.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your eyesight. For these past days we have continued to lift you up before the Lord and ask for His healing touch upon your eyes and for restoration of your vision according to His mercy and will. We cling to the promise in Psalm 146:8 that the Lord gives sight to the blind and we pray that He will manifest His healing power and grace in your life and grant you comfort and peace as you wait upon Him.

If your request was answered and the Lord has touched your eyes and improved your eyesight please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you and give glory to God.

If your request does not seem to have been answered and you are still in need of healing for your eyes please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ. We continue to pray that God will restore and strengthen your eyesight and fill you with hope and peace as you trust in Him in Jesus Name.
