Beloved of All
STRONG SINCERE PRAYERS FOR MY EYESIGHT. DEAR GOD, PLEASE LET MY BAD HEALTH BE COMPLETELY HEALED. I AM SCARED. PLEASE KEEP ME SAFE. PLEASE PROTECT MY EYESIGHT. AMEN. PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS. THANK YOU.

We hear the fear in your cry, and we come alongside you in prayer, lifting your eyesight and health before the throne of grace. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this, He sees your tears and hears your pleas.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith: salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Only through Him can we approach God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have already placed your trust in Christ, we rejoice with you and stand firm in the promise that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Now, let us pray for your healing and protection:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Lord, You formed our eyes and know every fiber of our being (Psalm 139:13-16). We ask for Your divine touch upon [this dear one’s] eyesight. Restore what is damaged, strengthen what is weak, and protect their vision from further harm. You are the God who opens the eyes of the blind (Psalm 146:8), and we trust in Your power to heal.

Father, we rebuke fear in the name of Jesus. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Calm [their] heart and fill [them] with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround [them] with Your angels for protection (Psalm 91:11) and guide [them] to wise medical care if needed.

Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom in caring for [their] body. Remind [them] to honor You with [their] health (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), whether through rest, nutrition, or seeking godly counsel. Strengthen [their] faith to trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that even if healing comes differently than expected, You are still good.

We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, [they are] healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word, which says that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). May [their] testimony bring glory to Your name, and may others see Your faithfulness through [their] life.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

You are deeply loved, and your fear is valid, but do not let it overshadow the truth of God’s promises. He is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Keep seeking Him, meditating on His Word, and surrounding yourself with believers who can uplift you in prayer. If medical attention is needed, do not hesitate to seek it, God often works through the hands of doctors and the wisdom of science.

We will continue to pray for you, trusting that the Lord will sustain you and restore your health according to His perfect will. You are not forgotten.

We are so sorry you are carrying this fear right now, and we want you to know we are praying with you. It is deeply unsettling when our bodies feel fragile and our eyesight, something so central to how we move through the world, seems threatened. In the middle of that kind of fear, it is very hard not to spiral, and we are holding you up before the Lord who sees you and stays close to the brokenhearted.

You asked for strong, sincere prayers, and we are joining ours to yours right now. But we also want to gently encourage you: if you have not already seen a doctor or an eye specialist, please make an appointment. God often works through the skill and wisdom of medical professionals to protect and restore our health, and getting a clear picture of what is happening can help quiet some of the fear. Even a phone call today might be a concrete step toward the safety you are longing for.

In the meantime, you do not have to carry this alone. Is there a trusted friend, family member, or someone from your church who can sit with you and pray alongside you in person? Knowing someone is physically present and lifting your concerns to God together can make the weight feel more bearable. If that feels hard, just letting one person know “I am scared about my eyesight” might open a door of support you need right now.

We are praying that God would guard your eyes and your whole body, that He would give you a deep sense of His nearness when panic rises, and that He would guide every decision about your care. We are also asking Him to send tangible help and peace your way this week.

Father, in Jesus’ name, please surround this person with Your calm. Protect their eyesight and their health, and give them courage to take whatever steps are wise. Quiet the racing heart and the scary thoughts, and let them rest in the truth that they are held securely by You. Amen.

Your fearful prayer has entered the ears of the Lord of Hosts, and He is not slow to answer the cry of His trembling child. The Sun of Righteousness ever rises with healing in His wings, and there is no malady so dark that His touch cannot scatter it. You are in dread of losing your sight; then look now, while you may, upon Him who is the Light of men. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least leaf about Christ drips with sovereign remedy. A mere word from His lips, a touch of the hem of His garment, can restore what decay or fear has marred.

He who forgave the palsied man spoke pardon and healing in a single breath, for in Jesus, cure and forgiveness are woven together. Do not let your heart be so fixed upon the body that you miss the deeper healing your soul must have. Come to Him now, confessing every sin, and find health for your spirit even as you plead for these mortal eyes. We shall pray with you and for you with a mighty, clinging faith, asking the Great Physician to rebuke this affliction and preserve your sight. But, oh soul, trust not in the prayer alone, trust in the Prayer-Hearer, the Crucified One, who bore our sicknesses. He took Peter’s wife’s mother by the hand and lifted her up; the fever fled, and she arose to serve Him. Even so, He is able to lift you from this bed of fear and restore you to the service of your days.

Be of good courage. The healing power of the Master is present now; it flows in the teaching of His Word and in the pleadings of His people. Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. He shall keep you safe, and whether by miracle or by His ordinary providence, He will do all things well. We will bear you up before the throne until the answer comes. Peace be to you, and healing from the hand that was pierced for our transgressions.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The fear you feel is a sharp intruder, but remember what has been given to you from above. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. This terror that grips your heart is not from the One who made your eyes. A sound mind is a healthy state of the soul; it sobers us, even when evil seems to befall us, cutting off all superfluous anxieties. Do not let this fear drive you to another extreme, forcing a scrupulosity that arises only from cowardice.

You cry out for healing, and rightly so, for what He does is healing, not despite. Consider the fevered woman whom He touched. The disease was an ordinary one, yet He displayed His power by the manner of healing; no physician's art could have wrought it. For you know that even after fevers depart, patients need much time to return to their former health. But then all took place at once. He not only quenched the fever but gave her back perfect health. It is not possible that such eager desire, such a love of crying out to Him, should fail of its effect. God forbid!

Let go of the frantic imagination that sees only the pit. When Ananias was told to go to Saul, he was terrified, trembling, and could not even attend to what was said because the name of his persecutor filled his soul with dread. He saw only the lion’s mouth. Yet the Lord more than sufficiently released him of his fear, showing him that this very man was a chosen vessel. And what did Saul, who was so frantic, receive? He first had to know how great things he must suffer, and then his eyes were opened. The thing that you perceive as a cause for terror is met not with an absence of suffering, but with a presence of purpose and power.

If the Lord sees fit to test you, He does so to sober the mind and cut off superfluities. But when this fear is crucified, then is the prison burst, and the keepers of our inward hell-gate all cower. Let even the remembrance of such barbarous dread be loosed. You ask to be kept safe. The truest safety is found not in the absence of trial, but in the presence of the Physician. Do not be like those who, on hearing the word of promise, straightway lose their moisture when the sun rises, because the care of this world chokes it. Turn away from that false table where the cup of devils is drunk, the cup of fear and despair, and drink deeply of the cup of the Lord, which is power and love.

Therefore, set your mind on this: the very reason He may permit a season of trembling is so that you may perceive the health to come as given all at once, a thing contrary to all hope, like seeing a beloved friend whose recovery we rejoice over more at the sight than at the mere report. We do not judge the nature of God’s work merely by its appearance. Do not lose your moisture in tears of despair. Bring forth the fruit of persevering prayer, for oftentimes those who have seemed insensible for a time afterwards show all at once abundant fruit. The healing will come, and it will be complete.

I can hear the terror in your cry, and I want to speak straight to that fear with the truth that steadies a trembling soul. Right now, your mind is fixed on what might happen, and the enemy uses that sudden dread to grip your heart and drive out faith. Fear and faith cannot occupy the same space. One will always banish the other. So you must make a deliberate choice: stop staring at the waves threatening your eyesight and fix your gaze entirely on Jesus. Peter walked on water until he looked at the wind and the sea; the moment his attention shifted from the Lord to his situation, he began to sink. Your healing rests not in the absence of trouble, but in the confident presence of the God who walks through the storm with you.

The beginning of real wisdom, and the very sum of knowledge, is the fear of the Lord. This is not the cowering terror you’re feeling right now. That kind of fear produces wrong reactions and is an enemy of trust. The fear of the Lord is a clean, reverential awe that comes from meditating on his greatness, his power, and his fierce love for you. It is to hate evil and to turn from it with your whole being, clinging to what God commands because you know his ways are good. When you live in that kind of holy fear, you are not subject to every sudden terror. The Lord himself becomes your confidence, and he promises to keep your foot from being taken. The righteous are bold as a lion, not because danger never comes, but because they remember their God.

Cry out to him from that place of trust. There is a proven link between the condition of our soul and the health of our body. A heart at peace, rooted in faith, does good like a medicine. While no well-meant human wish is a divine promise for healing, we know that fearing the Lord and departing from evil brings marrow to your bones and health to your body. God cares about your physical well-being. So as you ask him to protect your eyesight, honor him by giving him your fear. Tell him that though the waves seem high, you trust that he bore your infirmities and that he is able to command peace over your body. Walk in the light and safety that is found only in reverencing him. He hears your plea. He will be your confidence.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your request in our hearts these past days. It was our privilege to stand in agreement with you before the Lord, lifting up your fear, your eyesight, and your whole health. We prayed earnestly that God’s healing power would touch you, that His peace would guard your heart, and that His protection would surround you like a shield.

If in these days you’ve seen God’s hand move—if your eyesight has been strengthened, if fear has given way to faith, or if you’ve simply felt His presence holding you—we would love to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together in how He has answered.

If, however, your burden still feels heavy and the answer hasn’t yet come, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We are here to pray with you afresh, to intercede on your behalf, and to trust God’s timing and will together with you.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you in this time. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May His healing, whether seen or unseen, be at work within you. And may you know, beyond any doubt, that you are deeply loved and never alone.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
