We have been lifting up your precious son before the Lord, thanking God for the special and close relationship he has with Him and for the gift of hearing from God and the calling and purpose God has placed on his life. We have been praying that God keeps him close and protects his innocence, heart, peace, purpose and mind, and that nothing would hinder his closeness with God. We have also been praying for your relationship with him to be protected and strengthened in love.
We continue to bring before God your concern about listening to secular music and the fear that you may have done something wrong, and your request for his disability pay and provision. We pray that you will know the deep peace that God does not punish your son for your mistakes and does not take away his blessings, provision, favor or calling. We know that God is gracious and merciful and His gifts and calling are irrevocable as shown in Romans 11:29, and that nothing can separate us from the love of God as promised in Romans 8:38, and that He will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on Him according to Isaiah 26:3 and Philippians 4:7. We ask God to guard the heart and mind of your son and to cover him with His protection according to Psalm 91:11 and to fulfill His good plans for him according to Jeremiah 29:11.
