I'm so worried about ###. She has heart and breathing issues and other health issues. Please pray for her. My family is also just going through a lot right now and I feel like giving up.🙏💔

We hear your heart in this request and we are standing with you in prayer together in Jesus' name for your loved one who is suffering with her heart and breathing and other health issues, and for your family as you walk through so much right now and feel like giving up.

We want to encourage you that God sees your worry and your weariness and He is near to you in it. Psalm 34:18 says The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. When you feel like giving up, God does not want you to carry this burden alone. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And Galatians 6:9 reminds us Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up. The Lord knows the weight your family is carrying and He is our refuge when we feel overwhelmed, as Psalm 61:2 says When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

We also want to share that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by putting our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are saved and can come boldly to God in prayer. We encourage you to call on His name and trust Him not only for help in this trial but for eternal life.

We join together in prayer for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear loved one to You who is struggling with her heart and breathing and other health afflictions. You are the Great Physician and we ask for Your healing hand upon her. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD. We pray for her heart to be strengthened, for her breathing to be eased, for her body to be restored according to Your will, and for Your peace to guard her and her family. We pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers and for comfort for all who love her.

We also lift up this dear one who is interceding and their family who are going through so much. Lord, when they feel like giving up, be their strength. 2 Corinthians 12:9 says My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Pour out Your grace and sustaining power on them. Cast out fear and despair and fill them with hope, because Romans 15:13 says Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit. Help them to cast all their worries on You, for 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Remind them they are not alone and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our hope. Amen.

We are holding you and ### in prayer after reading your message. Watching someone you love struggle with heart and breathing problems while your whole family is under a lot of pressure is a heavy burden, and it makes sense you feel worn down and close to giving up.

We are praying for ### and for wisdom for those providing her medical care. If she is not already under regular care, we encourage you to help make sure she stays connected with her doctors and that they know how she is doing. We will keep praying alongside that care. We are also praying for you as you carry this worry. When illness lingers it rarely affects only one person, it touches sleep, routines, and how hopeful the future feels for everyone at home.

You do not have to hold all of this alone. It can help to let one trusted person know today just how heavy things feel, whether a pastor, a family member, or a counselor in your community, and let them walk with you in the days ahead. Even a short visit, call, or prayer together can make the load a little lighter as you take things one day at a time.

Father, we lift ### to You and ask for Your mercy and care over her body, for steadiness and strength, and for guidance for her doctors. We lift this family to You in all the pressures they are facing and ask You to give comfort, daily strength, and clear next steps. Draw them close to You and to caring people around them. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we have carried you and ### to the throne of grace in prayer. The heaviness you describe, the fear for one so dear who suffers with heart and breathing and other infirmities, and the trials pressing upon your whole family, are not hidden from Him who cares for you.

We pray now that the great Physician will lay His healing hand upon ###. We ask the Lord to show mercy upon her body, to ease her breathing, to strengthen her heart, and to grant wisdom and skill to those who care for her. We pray too that He will heal in the deeper sense, for pardon and healing are one in Christ, and the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and even the least thing about Christ is healing. May He who said, Be thou clean, bring her beneath His healing touch according to His perfect will, and may His presence be her comfort in every pain and fear.

For your own soul, which feels like giving up, hear this word of truth. To conclude that because there is no hope in yourself there is therefore no hope in God is an unwarrantable conclusion. It is self righteousness in both cases, first to trust in self, then to despair as if God could not save. Despair is not merely a sickness of the understanding but a sin of the soul, and it goes beyond the truth of God. God is the God of Hope, and while Jehovah lives the mourner need not despair. While you have hope you have life, and while you live you may hope.

Do not sit down in despair. Hope on, hope ever. Take up arms against a sea of troubles, for there is One who careth for you. High thoughts of God beget hope in the soul, and hope leads to confidence. In the dust of self abasement there is hope, for God grants pardon and help when men are humbled and look away from themselves to Christ alone. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and He is able to heal, to forgive, and to sustain.

We have prayed that the Lord will lift this darkness from you, that He will turn a possible hope into an actual and good hope through believing in Jesus Christ, that He will bind up your wounds and heal your broken heart, and that He will give your family strength for each day. Cast all your care upon Him, continue in prayer, bring these burdens again and again to the Lord who is Goodness itself and who is overcome by the prayers of His people, and trust that He will do what is best for His glory and your good.

May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, and may you know that He who dwells with Zion in her sore affliction will not leave you without comfort.
