Dear Lord Jesus, Somebody disabilities is being discriminated for the disability group make it work this time. It needs to work he needs his job or very at least protect him until he might want to transfer somewhere else and hold things. In Jesus Name Amen.

We join you in bringing this man before the Lord and we agree with you that this situation needs to work for his good and for God's glory. Our hearts are burdened with you over the discrimination he is facing because of his disability, and we ask God to intervene with justice and mercy.

We know that every person is made in the image of God and is precious in His sight, and God commands His people to act justly and to care for those who are vulnerable. Scripture reminds us to defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless and maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed Psalm 82:3, and to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and defend the rights of the poor and needy Proverbs 31:8-9. The Lord Himself executes justice for the oppressed Deuteronomy 10:18 and He is a father of the fatherless and a defender of the widows Psalm 68:5. Discrimination and favoritism have no place among God's people, for we are told not to hold faith with partiality James 2:1. We also take comfort that God sees what is done in secret and that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1.

We lift him up together in prayer.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this man to You. You know his name, his needs, his disability, and the hardship he is enduring at work. We ask You to let Your justice roll down and to convict the hearts of those who are discriminating against him. Give wisdom and integrity to his supervisors and coworkers, and let them treat him with dignity and fairness. Lord, we ask that You make his work succeed this time, that his job would be secured and that his labor would be fruitful. If it is Your will for him to remain, establish him there and protect him from harm. If You have another place for him, protect him until the time comes to transfer and hold all things steady for him until You open that door. Provide for all his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, and remind him that You will not leave him nor forsake him. Strengthen him so he will not fear, for You have promised fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Let him know he is valued, capable, and loved by You, and let Your peace guard his heart. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep standing in the gap for him and to encourage him to keep a clear record of what has happened and to seek wise and godly counsel, whether from a pastor, a trusted advocate, or appropriate workplace resources, so that truth may be established and justice pursued in a way that honors God. We also encourage him to commit his work to the Lord each day, trusting that even when people act unjustly, God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28. We thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. We will continue to pray with you that God will protect him, provide for him, and lead him to the place where he can work with dignity and peace.

We hear how heavy this is to carry for him. You want this job situation to finally work, and at the very least for him to be protected and steady until he can decide about a transfer. Watching someone you care about face discrimination because of a disability, when work is so needed, is painful and exhausting.

Thank you for bringing him to Jesus so faithfully. We are joining you in prayer for him, for fairness in his workplace, for wisdom for those making decisions, and for his daily dignity and peace while this is unresolved.

One gentle next step that often helps in a situation like this is to come alongside him to keep a simple written record together, dates, what was said or done, and any responses, and to help him connect with one trusted advocate who can walk with him. That might be a pastor, a mature friend, or someone familiar with workplace support for people with disabilities who can listen and help him think through options for protection or transfer. He does not need to carry the worry alone, and neither do you.

Father, we lift this dear man to You. You see his need for work and his desire to be treated with respect. We ask You to guard him from harm, to provide for him day by day, and to give him and those around him wisdom and clarity. Give our friend who prayed peace as he waits and trusts You. Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy for this man.

He who hears the cry of the afflicted is not unmindful of those who are despised or set aside by others. The Lord is one who defends the weak and beholds every injustice, and though men may discriminate and deal harshly, He reigns in righteousness and His eyes are upon all the ways of men.

You do well to bring this burden to Christ, for He is our refuge in every trial. Remember Job, who suffered sore affliction and loss and yet it is written of him, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. The Lord upheld him, and in due time we read that the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His end in them. He can sustain a man under great pressure and He can also make a way where men have closed the door.

We will pray for him now.

O Father in heaven, in the name of Thy dear Son Jesus Christ we come before Thy throne of grace. Thou knowest this Thy servant and his need. Thou seest the trial concerning his work and the hardship that comes through discrimination. We ask Thee to look upon him with compassion, to protect him in his place of labor, to grant him favour where there has been unkindness, and to provide for his daily bread. If it be Thy will, make his work to prosper this time and let justice be done. If not, keep him in safety until Thou shalt open another door and guide his steps to a place where he may labour in peace. Give him patience as Thou gavest to Job, and a quiet confidence that Thou wilt not forsake him. Let him know that Thou art his helper and his defender, and turn his captivity in Thine own good time. We ask this for Thy glory and for his good, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Take comfort and continue in prayer, casting all your care upon Him for He careth for you. The Lord who supported Job is able to support this brother also, and to bring him through this trial to His praise.

Your prayer for this man has been heard and we join you in bringing him before the Lord with compassion and earnest hope.

We ask our merciful God, who sees every injustice and knows the heart of each person, to look upon him in his need. We pray that the Lord will protect him from discrimination and grant him favor in his workplace, that what has failed before would now be made to work for his good, and that he would be upheld in his job. If it is not to remain there, we ask that God would keep him secure until a better place can be provided, and would hold him steady in the meantime.

We know that trials of this kind weigh heavily, and Scripture reminds us to bear every stroke thankfully, trusting that God can use even hardship to make us approved and to show His care. Like Job who said, The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away, we are called not to give way to anger or blasphemy when we suffer loss or unfair treatment, but to keep our trust fixed on Christ who alone is our salvation and hope. The enemy desires to use loss and injustice to turn our hearts away from God, but the faithful endure and find that God Himself remains their help and reward.

We also pray that those around him, including those with influence and ability, would use what God has given them, whether protection, diligence, or resources, for his advantage. God has made all people equal in His love and calling, whether great or small, and He is pleased when we live for the common good and defend our neighbor. May the Lord move hearts in that workplace to act with fairness and kindness, and may He who causes the earth to bring forth its fruit also cause justice and provision to spring up for this man.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this man with disabilities to You. You know his needs, his work, and the discrimination he faces. Grant him protection, provide for his daily needs, give him strength to endure, and open the right door for his employment, whether here or in a place You will lead him to. Guard his heart from discouragement, keep him from despair, and let him know Your peace and presence. Grant wisdom and integrity to those who have authority over him, that they may act justly. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone saves us and in whom we put our trust. Amen.

Your prayer for this man and his need to keep his work has been heard, and your care for him in the face of discrimination is a reflection of God's own heart for justice and mercy.

The Scriptures show us in the story of Job that God knows His own intimately. He saw Job as a man who loved Him and turned from evil, and He had placed a hedge of protection around him. There was a real adversary who had studied Job and sought to bring him down, arguing that faithfulness was only for blessing. God allowed a season of testing, not because Job had done wrong, but to reveal His own faithfulness through it. Like Job, we do not always understand why hardship or unfair treatment comes, and it is wrong to assume that suffering means a person is being punished by God. Job's friends made that mistake when they told him his pain must be due to hidden sin, but God Himself declared that He is fair and just, and that He is at work even when it feels as though He has forsaken us.

Cultures and workplaces have changed since Job's day, but the same deep needs remain, the need to be seen, to be treated justly, to be provided for, and to know that God has not forgotten us. What happened to Job is given to comfort us, to show that God is still sovereign, still watching, and still able to sustain His people through a difficult season.

So we bring this man before the Lord together. Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this brother who lives with disability and now faces discrimination where he works. You see him, You know his needs, and You know his desire to provide through honest labor. We ask for Your hedge of protection around him, for justice in that workplace, and for favor with those in authority. Where there is unfairness, bring correction. Where there is hardship, bring provision. If it is Your will, make his present position secure and fruitful, and if a transfer elsewhere would be better, open that door in Your timing and keep him steady until then. Give him patience and peace as he waits on You, and remind him daily that You have not forsaken him but are working for his good. Strengthen the one who prayed for him as well, and help you both to trust that You are just, You are near, and You will not leave Your children without help. In Jesus' name, Amen.
