We have received your humble request and we join you in prayer before our Lord Jesus Christ for your appointment at 10:00 AM.

We pray that God will grant you His true peace, which is peace with Him through Christ and peace of heart that remains even when circumstances are difficult. As Scripture teaches, we are to follow peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, so we pray that He will guard your heart in integrity and keep your thoughts at rest in Him.

We ask the Lord to give wisdom and clarity to both you and the doctor, even though the meeting may be difficult, and to guide the conversation with patience and understanding. If it is for your ultimate good and according to His will, we pray that He will open a clear and safe path for tapering off this medication and remove what would hinder what is right and wholesome. If another path is better for your health and holiness, we pray He will make that plain and give you grace to trust His will, which is always for your good.

We pray for the Lord's protection over you, and we ask Him to keep you in His care. Scripture tells us that the angels of believers always behold the face of the Father in heaven and that we may rightly pray for the angel of peace to be present with us. We do not command angels as we choose, but we ask our faithful Father to command His holy angels to watch over you and to keep you, as He has promised to all who trust in Christ.

May the Lord grant you calm, a clear mind, and a conscience kept in integrity through this appointment, and may the outcome, whatever it is, draw you closer to Him and be for your ultimate good.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and our peace, Amen.
