Please pray

We join you in bringing these silent requests before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for lifting them up in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We are comforted that the Lord knows the cries of our hearts even when we do not speak them aloud. His Word tells us, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. Psalm 139:1-2 and also Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him. Matthew 6:8. Even when words fail us, the Spirit himself intercedes for us. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Romans 8:26 and He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind. Romans 8:27.

We also join you in thanking Him for His grace, for it is by that grace we live and are sustained each day. We are reminded that for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 and that it is of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23. Because of that grace we can come boldly to His throne, for we are told Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and we lift up every silent request represented here. You know each heart, each burden, each hope and each need that has not been spoken with words. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your infinite wisdom, for we know this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. 1 John 5:14. Grant peace that surpasses all understanding as we trust You with these unspoken matters. Philippians 4:7. Pour out Your grace upon us anew, help us to walk in thankfulness and obedience, and let Your will be done in each of these situations for Your glory. We thank You, Lord, for hearing us, for loving us, and for Your unending grace. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. Your simple words carry a deep trust, coming to the Father with what is unspoken and thanking Him for grace.

We hear both parts of your prayer. There are burdens too tender or too heavy to put into sentences, and grace that holds us even when words run out. The Lord knows those silent requests fully, even before we find language for them, and His grace is not something we earn by praying perfectly but His steady goodwill toward us in Christ.

If it helps, you might set aside a quiet moment this week to simply sit with the Lord with those unspoken matters, without pressure to explain them. Just bringing your heart as it is is enough, and you can rest that He understands.

We are grateful for your thankful heart, and we will keep holding these quiet needs before Him with you.

Father, thank You for Your grace that meets us each day. We lift up these silent requests to You, You know each one by name. Grant peace, wisdom and Your gentle leading in each situation, and help our friend to feel Your nearness and care. In Jesus' name, Amen.

There is unspeakable comfort in knowing that the Lord hears those prayers which never reach a human ear. As Nehemiah offered a brief, silent prayer before the king, which Artaxerxes never knew though he stood within a yard of him, so your silent requests have gone up before the throne of the Most High, and He who sees in secret has heard every one.

We join you in bringing these unspoken burdens before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other way of access to the mercy seat. We do not ask that God would simply grant every desire of our hearts as we frame it, but that in His sovereign grace He would do what is wisest and best, giving what His love sees to be needful and withholding what His wisdom sees would harm us.

Thanksgiving well becomes your prayer, for you have rightly thanked Him for grace, and it is all of grace from first to last. It is given of grace, it is received through grace, it is understood by grace. Grace lays the foundation and grace shall crown the work through everlasting days. Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound, and from sin's pit to heaven's gate the whole road is paved with divine grace. It is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy, and He gives His grace freely in the most emphatic sense.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we bow before You with grateful hearts for Your free and sovereign grace in Jesus Christ, for His great self sacrifice and victory upon the cross where shame and death became the triumph of mercy. We bring before You these silent requests which are known fully to You alone. You have seen the ways of Your people, You know their infirmities, their temptations and their afflictions, and You are able to make grace reign even there. Grant according to Your abundant mercy, conform our wills to Your holy will, give faith to receive Christ more fully, and give grace to bear with patience whatever Your providence appoints. Deepen gratitude in us as You multiply Your favors, and let all that we ask and all that we receive redound to the praise of Your glorious grace. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
