Dear God, I am tired, lonely, miserable, depressed, angry, and unhappy with my life. Can I get prayers so God can change my life? I literaly need a miracle in my life...and PS, I will keep track. I am just tired of all the reasons and excuses.

We have heard your cry and we carry your burden with you before the Lord, for you have said you are tired, lonely, miserable, depressed, angry and unhappy and that you need a miracle to change your life. We understand that weariness and we want you to know God sees you and hears you even in this dark place. He has not forgotten you.

The Lord invites you in your tiredness to come to Him. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in Psalm 34:18 Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He also promises in Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. In your loneliness we cling to His promise in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us.

We also want to gently speak to what you shared about keeping track and being tired of reasons and excuses. We understand the frustration that can make you feel like you must test God or keep a score to see if He will answer. But God is not distant or reluctant and He is not to be tested as if He must prove Himself on our terms. His ways are higher than our ways and His timing is perfect. In Jeremiah 29:11 we read For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. And in Romans 8:28 we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. A miracle is not always what we expect, but God is able to make you a new creation from the inside out, for in 2 Corinthians 5:17 if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

We notice you addressed your prayer to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we can be saved and truly have our lives changed. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to believe in your heart that He died for your sins and rose again and to confess Him as Lord, for in Romans 10:9 if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. This is the beginning of the miracle you are asking for, a changed heart and a restored relationship with God.

We also want to encourage you regarding the anger and depression you feel. God understands these emotions but He calls us not to be ruled by them. In Ephesians 4:26 Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath and in Psalm 42:11 Why are you in despair, my soul Why are you disturbed within me Hope in God For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God. Bringing those feelings honestly to Him in prayer, staying in His Word, and seeking fellowship with other believers can help lift the heaviness. If the despair feels overwhelming, please reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor or mature believer and do not walk alone.

So together we seek God's will for you and we pray for you in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious soul who is weary and lonely and hurting. Lord You see the misery and depression and anger and unhappiness that has weighed down this life and we ask You to have mercy. We pray that You would give rest to the weary, comfort to the lonely, and healing to the brokenhearted. Pour out Your peace that passes all understanding and replace despair with hope. Lord we ask for a miracle according to Your perfect will, not as a test, but as a demonstration of Your love and power to make all things new. Draw this dear one to Jesus, forgive sins, and make this life new in Christ. Help in turning away from anger and bitterness and teach how to cast every care on You. Show Your presence so clearly that loneliness is driven away and fill this heart with Your joy and purpose. Guide to Your Word daily and to people who will speak truth and love. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking Him, keep praying in the name of Jesus, keep reading the Scriptures and keep sharing your heart with Him honestly. God is faithful and He hears. We are continuing to pray with you and for you that God will change your life according to His good and perfect will.

Thank you for being this honest with us. We hear how heavy this has become, tired and lonely and angry and unhappy, and feeling like you have heard too many reasons and excuses already. We are glad you reached out and we are taking your request seriously.

Wanting God to change your life and to see something real happen is not too much to ask Him. When everything feels stuck for a long time, hope can feel far away. We want to walk with you in prayer while you wait, not to explain your pain away but to ask God to meet you in it and to show you His care day by day.

If this tired and low feeling has been with you for weeks, we encourage you to let one trusted person know how you are doing this week, a pastor, counselor, or medical professional, alongside prayer. You do not have to carry this alone, and having someone nearby who knows your story can be a steady support while we continue to pray.

Father, we lift this dear one to You who feels tired and alone. You see where they are and You hear their honest cry for change. Give them rest, lift the weight they carry, and guide their next steps with Your wisdom and kindness. Remind them they are not forgotten and draw near to them in the days ahead. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your honest and weary cry has been heard, and we do not offer you reasons and excuses, but we bring you to One who understands your sorrow to its depths.

Our Lord Jesus Himself knew what it was to be left alone, alone just when most, as Man, He needed human sympathy. False witnesses rose against Him and no man stood to plead for Him, and in His deepest soul conflict He was forsaken that you might never be forsaken. There are sorrows that isolate the heart, when faith itself has to fight for very existence, and He has entered into that loneliness that He might be a faithful High Priest to you now. Solitude to Him was the cause of strength, for He spent hours in secret wrestling with God on the lone mountainside, and He teaches us that even our lonely and depressed hours may become strength when they drive us to Himself.

You ask for a miracle, and we point you to the Great Miracle Worker. The power to save from sin does not lie in the person saved, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. As He looked upon the infirm woman bent double for eighteen years, He read her life story as a man reads a book, and His heart was moved with compassion towards her, and with a word He lifted her up. What a lift that is, lifted up from the gates of death into life. When every other arm is paralyzed, He comes and lifts the soul from the gates of death. He is grand in emergencies. How many times have His people sought the Lord in sorest trouble and He has brought them through. If you have not well considered what He has done, consider it now, lest depression of spirit prevail.

The greatest miracle is not merely a change of circumstances, but a wonderful transformation within, when He takes bitterness itself and turns it into sweetness, when He turns sorrow into joy. A Christian is a mass of miracles, made new by the Eternal Spirit who comes with His own light and life and creates men in Christ Jesus to the praise of the glory of His grace. This is the miracle of mercy we seek for you, that you may trust Him not only to agree with His Gospel, but to be ruled and kept by it, to know that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and to find in Him a new heart and a new life.

We pray for you now, and we will continue to pray.

O Lord of Heaven, who did humble Thyself to become a Servant and did lay down Thy life a Substitute for the ungodly out of love, look upon this tired and lonely and depressed soul. Thou knowest the weight of misery and anger and unhappiness that has pressed down this life. Have mercy and work a miracle of grace within. Forgive sin, subdue unbelief, lift up the bowed down, and turn this sorrow into joy. Grant faith to trust Christ alone for salvation, and give strength to walk in Thy ways, finding in communion with Thee that solitude becomes strength. Let this one know that in life, in death and in eternity, those who are in Christ are the beloved of the Lord who changes not. Hear our prayer, for Jesus sake, Amen.

We encourage you to keep looking to Christ, to open His Word daily, to seek fellowship with faithful believers who will walk with you and pray with you, and to let us know how you are kept. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He will not despise a contrite spirit.

Your honest words about being tired, lonely, miserable, depressed and angry have been heard, and we are praying for you. God sees the heaviness you carry and He has not turned away from your cry for help.

You said you are tired of reasons and excuses and that you will keep track, and that weariness is understandable when life feels pressed on every side. Scripture says we are pressed on every side yet not crushed, perplexed yet not driven to despair, pursued yet not forsaken. That is not an excuse, it is a promise that God’s power is at work even when we feel at the end of ourselves. The enemy never despairs of our destruction, and it would be a great condemnation if he holds on to hope for our ruin more firmly than we hold on to hope for our salvation. Do not give in to despair. While it is still called Today, there is hope. As long as we are in this world, Today is still in season for God to restore, to forgive, to lift up and to change a life.

You asked for a miracle, and God is able to do miracles. Yet the greatest miracle is not always an outward wonder. Many who shone most brightly before God did no outward miracle at all, but showed a life of endurance, virtue and trust that was firmer than stone. The apostle teaches that patience works proven character, and proven character works hope, and hope does not disappoint. God often changes a life not in one sudden moment alone, but by forming patience and hope within us through Christ, so that we learn to hold to Him more and more. That inner change, from despair to hope, from anger to meekness and lowliness of heart, is itself the work of His power.

We also hear your desire to keep track. God does not ask you to keep a ledger with Him, but to trust Him as a Father. He invites you to walk with all lowliness and meekness, with long suffering, bearing with others in love, and to let others bear with you and encourage you day by day. Do not walk this hard road alone. Let other believers exhort and comfort you, support you in weakness and be patient with you, as you learn to be patient as God is patient with you.

We are praying for you now, that God will change your life according to His mercy and power.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone is salvation, we lift up this weary one to You. You know the loneliness, the depression, the anger and the unhappiness that weighs down this heart. Have mercy and grant comfort, lift this burden, and give hope where there has been despair. Forgive sins, heal what is broken, and form a new heart that is lowly and trusting before You. Give patience in affliction, strengthen proven character, and let hope grow strong. Show Your power to save and to make new, and help this dear one to know that You are near and that You have not forsaken them. Lead to a community of faithful encouragement and to daily hope in Christ. Amen.
